The Sony SRG-X120 1080p PTZ Camera is designed to record every perspective in meetings and lectures. This camera, straight out of the box, is capable of recording video at a resolution of up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 frames per second. An optional license is available for those who wish to enhance the camera’s performance to UHD 4K 3840 x 2160. The camera features an 8.3MP CMOS sensor and a 4.4-52.8mm lens, providing a field of view of up to 70 degrees. The 12x optical zoom can be extended up to 40x with Clear Image Zoom Technology, enabling close-ups that fill the frame in Full HD.

MULTIPURPOSE: The SRG-X120 PTZ camera, with its remote control feature, is perfect for various settings, including classrooms, meeting rooms, and medical facilities. Its 1/2.5-type Exmor R CMOS sensor delivers high-resolution images marked by outstanding sensitivity, minimal noise, and vibrant, lifelike colors. This is further enhanced by the built-in 12x zoom lens that provides a broad approx. 70° wide-angle view, ensuring every perspective is captured.
Capture stunning images even in low-light conditions with the highly sensitive 1/2.5-type Exmor R sensor, which ensures minimal noise interference. The camera is perfect for lecture capture, especially when used in tandem with the AI-powered REA-C1000 Edge Analytics Appliance. This combination allows for seamless tracking of the speaker’s movements and automatic creation of a cut-out image of the speaker.
NDI|HX SUPPORT: The system can be integrated into cost-effective school studio setups through its compatibility with NDI|HX, which is available via an optional license. This allows for a flexible configuration with other devices on the network that are NDI-enabled. REMOTE ACCESS: The system supports RTSP and allows for remote viewing of images over the Internet using a web browser.
