Bought this ebike kit. Was easy to install and my 26″ bicycle will travel at speeds 31mph on 36v 17.5 ah shark battery. Am very happy with this kit

Required warranty in the first two days
I had to return the controller for a new one to make it work. The turnaround time for the controller was horrible, almost 2 weeks. I love the motor. Cannot get the PAS to work so I just use the throttleâ¦

the wheel size is important. A24″ will not fit a 20″ frame.
I bought a 48V 2,000w in2017. I have put about 3,000 miles on it. The first batteries were lead acid. They lasted 4 years. Next was the Yasco Lithium Ion battery in sept. of 2021. 20AH good for 4 years then cut out at half empty. Still at new was 5hr. now at 4 year old 2hr. but I am ordering another by YS Yose with 20.8AH with rear rack for Terra trike #2. Will use the old battery up with new one as reserve. Trike 2 is my backup because I have had 2 major frame breaks on trike #1. Both trikes are over 10 years old. Trike #1 was welded in the front and the other in rear is braised. I like that the controller automatically goes into cruise or pedal assist with 12 seconds of constant speed and latches. Then relax your wrist and just steer. I have advice for all installers: I mounted the PAS pedal assist magnets on a disc right on the power rear wheel over the axle. Then the sensor on a loop is rigid attached to the frame with the tip of the sensor pickup bent to within 1/6″-1/8″ air gap from the magnets. I have been riding my ebike for about 8 years.

Satisfied conversion kit but not reliable controller…
I use this product to convert regular bicycle into electric bicycle. Everything works fine but the controller can be sensitive in which some parts inside can burn up and suddenly the front wheel motor doesn’t spin. it would be nice to offer replacement controller in case parts inside burn in usage.
