Excellent product!
The quality is remarkable. While it took about 4 hours from unpacking to be fully assembled, the instructions are easy to follow and come with all the tools needed. No missing parts and no problems with any machining. This is very quiet. The adjustments that can be made not only on the foot pedals but also the seat provides excellent positioning for your comfort. The display screen is easily readable. The manual is professionally written and detailed on the operation of all the modes that can be achieved. Amazon delivery men were incredibly careful and accommodating.

WOW This bike is incredible!!
The bike comes packed very well in a great protective, thick stock box. It was very easy to unpack by opening the bottom of the box and sliding it upward over the bike and packing materials. The assembly instructions are well written and made for a fairly quick build of the bike, about 1 hour in total.
The bike is a dream! It is silent and is solid as a rock. Iâm 6â2â, 270 lbs., and it handles my size with ease. The seat and back rest are so comfortable that someone would have to experience it to believe it! I like the screen as it is bright and easy to read. The pedals allow me to actually use the pedal straps, as my size 14 shoes have never fit in any pedal straps previously on any bikes! Iâm surprised that this bike doesnât cost more, as its quality is amazing. Bravo to 3G Cardio on building the perfect recumbent bike!

Quality Bike That’s Easy To Use
First of all, I had already purchased another brand of recumbent bike until I viewed the “Big Guy” review on YouTube. I immediately cancelled my order and changed to the 3G Cardio Elite RB X. I am 6’1″ and 260lbs. The 3G Cardio Elite is exactly what the “Big Guy” said it would be, sturdy (not the least but unstable during your work out). The ride is smooth and as quiet as you would expect from a quality piece of equipment. The bike I was going to buy would have costed me half as much, but I would rather pay more and be happy with my purchase, than pay hundreds of dollars and be dissatisfied. Just like the “Big Guy” said, the seat is wide and well cushioned, and has 3 adjustment settings that allow for optimum comfort. The display screen is easy to use. I didn’t even have refer to the user manual to understand the basics of being able to maneuver through and set the user functions on the display. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the east of assembling the bike. I paid extra to Amazon for the service. I’m 64 With a bad back, and a replaced knee. It did however, take the two servicemen about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. The only negative was the fact I was missing 2 screws to an optional part I chose not to attach to the bike. I did however want to have these screws in case somewhere down the line I may want to utilize that part. I contacted a 3G Cardio customer service representative and made arrangements to have the 2 screws send to me. I spoke to a gentleman named Brian who made the experience very pleasurable, which is a rarity in this day and age. He let me know that he also has had the same bike, and if I have any questions whatsoever to contact him on his private number that he emailed to me. Now that’s customer service. So once again thanks to Brian and YouTube’s “Big Guy” (I highly recommend that you check him out before making a choice regarding exercise equipment). They both helped make me feel I made the right choice in purchasing the 3G Cardio Elite RB X.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable – 5 Stars
This recumbent bike is, on first look/use, an elegant and strong exercise bike. I will update soon, but after spending weeks researching dozens of recumbent bikes – and now getting this beauty – I wanted to give a heads up.
1) The pre-order conversations with Bryan at 3G Cardio answered every question, fully and clearly. He’s perfect for his job. He noted that an order from the company might take weeks; the order from amazon took a few days.
2) The bike was ordered through amazon; every step of the order was excellent from tracking to in-room delivery.
3) The bike was packed like a crystal vase; each part wrapped and easily identifiable.
4) We paid for assembly from local firm, amazon didn’t offer assembly. It was worth the $150 to secure electronics and get it right. We observed the tech who said that there were no missing parts, and all parts were precise.
5) Assembly took the tech about an hour and a half in our cleared space with his tools and tools supplied by 3G.
6) The user guide is the best we’ve ever seen, period! Clear, concise, perfect detail, great graphics, great pics of every part and every single component! There’s a complete parts list as well as complete instructions for maintenance and use. This document could be “the bible” for all users manuals; it’s that good, describes all functions.
7) Included are chest strap, water bottle, several tools, user manual, adapter.
8) The footprint is less than 4 ft in length, about 2 ft in width.
9) We got a mat from amazon to rest the bike on our hardwood floors, but the bike is sturdy and doesn’t move.
10) Our regular iPad fits on a slim tray, in front of the monitor, that’s OK b/c it’s easily removed to view programs.
11) Probably the most important point is that the seat raises, lowers, moves back/forward. AND the back is fully adjustable to recline or sit straight. Our physical therapist advised to get the adjustable sear back; and it’s great.
Again, we’ll provide an update after some weeks elapse, but the excitement of seeing a well-made, as-advertised product drove us to post this quickly. People are staying home to exercise. Nobody wants a product that is defective or ugly or cheaply made, or is dreadfully uncomfortable to use. The 3G Cardio Elite seems perfect.
