Wheel issue but really like it.
Five stars because it starts every time on the first pull, cuts great and is powerful. Started to give it four stars because the wheel fell off while I was mowing my lawn for the first time. Luckily I was able to find a small plastic part in the grass and by looking at the other Wheels in 30 or so minutes I had repaired it. The wheels come pre-assembled on the lawn mower. But all the rest has been great. Starts the first time, comes with oil, looks great, runs well and cuts grass great. Great value as well. Lately it’s been rare to find a mower that starts and Mows so well. So yes five stars even though a bit of a wobbly start with the bad wheel.

High quality mower !
I got this to replace my old mower that I bought 20 years ago from the local hardware store when we moved into our house. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mower and appearance. Only required some minor assembly and engine oil was included in the package. Height adjustments are easy to make and everything is clearly marked. The engine starts up with one pull and runs flawlessly so far . Seems like a quality machine all around and luxury compared to my old one in its best condition. I feel spoiled using this one . Itâs so easy to use and powerful . Highly recommend !

It’s actually better than expected.
With the right height adjustment,it cuts the lawn very evenly and neatly. Maintenance is also very quick and easy .I like it a lot. Also the price was right for my budget.

Beyond disappointing. Vibrated itself into pieces and ended up injuring me.
Unpackaged the mower and everything looked good. Upon first start it seemed to vibrate more than I was use to. After the first use I inspected the blade and noticed the drive shaft from the motor was a bit off center causing the blade to vibrate the whole motor assembly. After about 2 hours of use the plastic motor cover vibrated off. The screws holding it in place were threaded into plastic and completely stripped. After trying to fix that the exhaust cover was the next to go. Then the plastic dip stick assembly started to shows signs of cracking. After another 2 hours of use the whole plastic dip stick housing cracked and began leaking oil. I was desperate to make this mower work but by now zip ties and JB weld were holding together a mower with less than 8 hours of use. The grand finale was the whole plastic dip sticking house broke off spraying oil into the air and all over my leg burning my calf.I should have returned the mower after the first use. I run a small non profit community garden and was determined to make this cheap motor work. I wanted to believe it could get the job done. I was wrong. I am now left without a mower, out the money spent on it, and nursing a burn on my leg. I could assume the only problem was that it was defective and sent with a bent drive shaft. If you have to purchase this mower make sure to inspect it before using it for the first time and return it if anything seems wrong. I would be happy to be proven wrong and that this single mower was defective from day one. Until I am proven otherwise I can not recommend buying this mower. It is poorly built and even worse clearly safe.

Easy assembly, started on first pull, powerful engine, did well cutting and picking up leaves in bagger.The Pdf manual on Amazon was for a smaller mower.I emailed BILT HARD a few times and was told replacement blades, air filter, and possibly spark plugs would have to be ordered from BILT HARD which is not convenient.The mower only has a 90 day warranty which is strange for a product named BILT HARD and since most mowers I have bought for the past 40+ years have had at least 2 year warranties.I am pleased so far but the real test will be if the mower is BILT HARD enough to last many years.

Love thisâget it doneâ mower!
The set up was easy and not complicated. I wanted a hard working, not too heavy , simple lawn mower and this one does the trick. No extra auto drive assistance, extra buttons or control complications. Use it with the bag or not. I donât use it because I like the naturalMulch of the cuttings. Just fill it up, pull the cord and âget it doneâ!I have an acre plus yard which requires lots of maneuvering around outbuildings, patio, garden and trees. I have had this mower for 2 months and just love it.Good value for the money and sturdy! Itâs a great product.

I never thought I would see the day when finding a small efficient GAS mower would be an issue, but alas those days are here. I prefer to buy in person for these types of purchases but everything we found in-store was $350+ battery powered. I happened to come across this little mower and after checking out a few reviews I figured letâs give it a try. So far, weâre extremely pleased. Set up took 5 minutes and was a matter of setting up the handle, checking to make sure everything was secure, adding the clippings gaurd, oil and gas! First time out, the wife(42) gave her 3 primes, 2 pulls away she went with her little mower. Not only was the deck height adjustment easy to switch between, this little mower was fairly light and an easy push! So far, we recommend!

Very easy to start and use.
I mower is well built. It starts very easily. Was easy to assemble. I like the mower very much.I live in tampa fl and st. augustine is the grass of choice. Unfortunately,it can not be adjusted high enough for our st. augustine grass .I have the mower on its tallest setting. I have tried mowing three times. The mower sinks into the grass. Mows it to low for a heathy and a nice looking lawn. It looks shaved compared to my neighbors’ lawns. Prior, I have used two different mowers (very popular brands) without an issue. I assumed this mower would work the same.It is not returnable, so for less then half price someone is going to get a great mower used only three times.While I am disappointed I cannot use the mower, It is a good mower.Terrill
