    Ok so hear me out. I like cats but I’m not in love with cats so this purchase was made strictly off of reviews that I saw/read! This 100% was worth it. I loved the building in sections and then constructing each section for the end result. I have debated buying another one just to have 2 cats with different colored eyes. Loved this build

    waiting for the day
    UPDATE: After half a year of wait, the cat lego is finally done! It’s the same size as my tiny 7lb tuxedo cat and looks so much like her. I have it on my desk and we often mistake it for the real cat. My husband used spare pieces to make a black nose. I love it so much!I love how large this cat is, and the fact that you can change its eye colors and open its mouth. I am hoping to put this in my office as this cat resembles my companion kitty. The idea of a large Lego tuxedo cat alone gets five starts from me. Now, about the set we received. My husband bought this for my birthday, which was in July. He and my 5 year old have been building this for months. They started out strong, building nightly, which turned into weekly, now they have not touched it in over a month. They love Legos and usually finish a project in a week or so, with the longest being the massive Avengers Tower which took 3 weeks. 4 months later the cat Lego is still 1/4 of the way done. I think they’ve forgotten about it. It must not be as interesting to build compared to Star Wars battle ships, R2D2, Groot, Spiderman cars, and numerous other Legos we have. Still, I am patiently waiting for its completion. Maybe for Christmas, maybe for my birthday next year, the following Christmas…however long it takes.

    Super nice set. All pieces were in the box. No damage. Had fun building this. The eyes are changeable and the head and moth move.

    Lifelike Lego Kitty
    This one cool cat and Legos delivers this great tuxedo kitty. Easy directions and assembly, but can be tedious so I recommend that it’s put together in manageable increments to avoid Lego burnout. Once completed you and your kitty will have a stylish addition to your feline family.

    A great kit for moderately skilled builders. Instructions were detailed and straightforward. No missing pieces like cheaper brand kits. There’s even a aftermarket light kit you can get for it. Very happy with this kit.

    If you love cats this is awesome. My son is older but still loves to build things. This was easy to build and sturdy when finished but pricey…
