   Excellent phone, a simple review
   The Moto Edge Plus 2023 is the best Motorola I’ve had and I’ve stuck with Motorola for a long time. I’m continually pleased more and more as I use it. Look, I don’t delve deep into specs or drool over asthetics – I just want a phone that does what it’s supposed to do. But it sure does look nice all the same. Add a Poetic case and it will feel solid in your hand and it will sit without wobble from the cameras. It’s fast. The screen looks great. Speakers are rather loud with volume up but of course you aren’t likely to play music using only the speakers, you’ll stream it to some Bluetooth speakers or use ear buds. Android 14 is slick and easy to use. As always, Motorola adds only a few gesture options and a few moto specialty assists but you don’t need to use them – you will, though! No added bloat, almost pure Android. The cameras are far better than the moto cams of old. I have no complaints. Charges ridiculously fast. Battery lasts 2 days or more normal use, I haven’t drained it fully to see exactly how long but I’m very happy with the battery life. The power button below the volume is weird at first but it’s easy to get used to. You can power off using the button on the screen near the settings icon so you rarely need the physical button anyway. You can also change the very odd default setting for power off using the power key and volume button same time, which is awkward. Just check the settings and switch it to power off with just the power button. I love a big phone so I’m happy with the size. And here’s something unexpected that I really appreciate – the screen is smudge resistant and does a great job of keeping prints off it. The phone looks nice all the time, no greasy fingerprints for the most part. When you do notice it needs a wipe, a soft cloth and literally 2 seconds to get it perfect again is all you need. Any marks come right off without smudging. The haptics give a great feel as you navigate. The price is excellent for the quality of this phone. Highly recommended.

   Best phone EVER!
   I LOVE my new Motorola Think Phone! It is lightening fast, super smart and super sturdy! It looks great, performs better than any phone I’ve ever had! It charges super fast and holds the charge very well. The screen looks awesome with the truest colors and clarity I’ve ever had on a smartphone and the camera takes fabulous pictures! The sound quality for music is amazing and far superior to any phone speaker I’ve heard! My friend, a musician even complimented the sound of my Think Phone! Highly Recommend!

   Amazing flagship smartphone for a great price
   I upgrade to this from a moto Z4 because it died after 4 years of daily use. Definitely worth the upgrade. I got this for $699 so the price was much better compared to the other flagship phones like the galaxy s23 ultra. Works great on the Verizon network. I am using it on US Mobile without any issues.The battery life so far has been amazing. Under light use I could easily see this lasting three days. I use it pretty heavily throughout the day and by the time I go to bed it is still typical around 30% to 40%.I like the look of the phone too. Phone was a bit slippery but it is fine with a case. I recommend a screen protector too. Phone is a little big with a case but nothing compared to the brick sized s23 ultra. Typing one handed is hard but it is possible.The camera is good, but not the best. It is not a bad camera by any means. But when compared to Samsung or pixel phones, I think they are a bit better. But I am not a photographer so that doesn’t really bother me. It suits me just fine.One downside to this phone is the lack of options for cases and screen protectors. I don’t know why a company as big as Motorola is lacking so much in third party case options.Overall I highly recommend this phone. It is fast, smooth, has great storage, and has exceptional battery life.

   Good and bad
   I got this phone and was like no always on? geez didn’t know phones didn’t have it being mostly in the Samsung ecosystem. The cameras are better than expected as I heard Motorola’s cameras sucked. The processor is better than my Samsung Zflip 4 though not as nice as some of the newer ones I don’t seem to lag or have performance issues. I was surprised my phone service provider Twigby supported E-sim with this phone. 8gig and 512 is pretty good the 512 is a lot more storage than the 128 on my Samsung. The graphics and speakers are acceptable for the price, but there nothing to write home about. The Smart Connect is better than Dex and probably why Samsung ditched it in their newer phones and switched to it. I wouldn’t pay more than 450 for this phone though because two years of updates is just bad everyone else has 4 to 7. Lenovo’s always sucked for updates in software. For a midrange phone this is ok and acceptable because I got payments with no interest. I think there may be better phones at the same price with longer support such as the Pixel 7 plus but you don’t get payment options from Amazon from that one except from Affirm and the interest is high. I’m ok with this phone it does what I need and takes decent photos, calls are clear and the internet is as good as my phone service allows. The QI is decent at 15 watts not particularly exceptional, but all right. The charging is faster than Samsung and you can pretend you are Turboman with turbo-charging.
