A slightly challenging but enjoyable and creative set with lots of fun little details. The GWagon’s manual is not so great as most of the parts are some shade of black or grey, and the color values on the manual are not representative of the real thing. The graphics are also not always on your side, as the perspectives will sometimes hide the proper orientation of certain pieces. The roadster’s manual does suffer from the same coloration issues, but building it is easier since the pieces are made with a much more distinct color. Overall I think it’s worth the price with how creative the builds were. The final product is definitely display worthy.

I helped my child build them and they love it! It is a little challenging, but it is intended for older kids. It has survived many crashes and assembly! Lol. I would buy it again!

I purchased this for my grandson. He enjoyed putting it together and had a great time playing with it afterwards! Itâs a keeper!!! I recommend Lego products! They never disappoint!!!

Overall good builds
I got this set for my 6 year old, though he didnât help me put it together, it was easy. It took me several hours as Iâm not a Lego builder but I got the hang of it. I even downloaded the Lego builder app which helped when I was questioning the piece I needed to use since the piece can be rotated 360° on the app. I found the paper instructions did a better job with the color scheme identification mainly to differ the black from the dark gray pieces.
For the yellow car, I was missing one piece that was referenced but it turned out to not be a big deal that I didnât have it as I still able to complete the car without it. I do wish theyâd just print the logo on all the pieces that needed as they do it for some and then others you have to use the stickers. Itâll just be better if they just printed on the Lego itself since theyâre already doing it for some.
For the black car, I donât like that it feels as though it can come apart especially when you have to remove the top if you want to put the Lego people inside. I wish theyâd made it so the door opens since that part tends to get undone at times when removing the roof. Overall, itâs nice but it isnât without its faults .
If you get this for younger kids then be prepared to do most if not all the building like myself.

This is one of the most expensive Lego set in Speed Champion series – live product, not retired. This set has more bricks than other Speed Champion sets, hence I really enjoyed building the set.
