The Cunfon RZ800 is a must get. It’s fun to ride. Easy to assemble and it comes with all the tools and accessories. I’m really blown away by the features of this scooter. It comes with headlight, rear tail light, horn, left and right turn signal blinkers, fingerprint features to turn it on/off, dual suspension shocks, front and rear brakes, reflective light. Easy to transport not too heavy. It’s very stable and smooth on any terrain. Very well designed. I would highly recommended this product to my family and friends. Picked up 3 of these and must say, theyΓ’ΒΒre great! They appear to be built tough, are super quick and the tech built in is simple to use.
One scooter had a small defect upon opening but all it took was a simple message to Confun customer service and they called/shipped me a replacement part the next day along with video instructions on how to replace.
IΓ’ΒΒm highly impressed with the range on the battery life, the speed and capabilities. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Very good entry level scooter for first time users, and maybe more experienced riders who want some cool upgrades from a mid-line scooter!
I’ve been using the scooter for 2-3 weeks now, and there are both good and bad points as you would expect.
First, the overall build quality, materials quality, and the overall girth of the scooter is quite high. It’s a heavy item at about 60 lbs. on its own. There are a few design curiosities that make you scratch your head, and some inappropriatly used cheap-outs that must have been company approved to reduce cost (I’ll get to those). Otherwise, it’s a very stable scooter. It is well balanced. Brand new, it lives up to its hype for acceleration, range, speed and available functions. The lights on this scooter make it reasonable for nighttime or low-light use. The headlight is sufficient to see and be seen. The blinkers are cute, but I don’t know that they are extremely practical. The fingerprint reader and connected app are very good upgrades and they work reasonably well… I have not had any issues with either that I’ve not been able to self-correct. Keep the user guide, YouTube videos AND other product reviews handy for FAQs. The company was not immediately available for my questions by WhatsApp, but that’s due to the Chinese New Year celebration ongoing… but a 2-week absence for any personalized support is a lot.
The charger is fine – nothing special. Charging time from empty to full is as expected at multiple hours. Range is as expected with a full charge. Weight bearing is beyond adequate. The shock absorbers are sufficient to sustain a smooth and comfortable ride. Large 10.5″ air-filled tires also add to smoothness and stability.
Small rubber cover for charging port is inadequate and comes detached easily. This is a concern because you don’t want FOD or water entering this port hole on the scooter. I can’t see a way to correct this because the material and assembly were very cheap here. The stick-on reflectors are an embarrassment given the lightshow this scooter is created with. Don’t expect these sticker reflectors to hold. Once they fall off, it leaves a cheapened look to the bike. Replace with self-trimmed reflective tape once they go.
I have no issue with braking from speed, although the faster you’re going… obviously the more distance you’ll require to stop. Don’t expect the scooter to stop on a dime, that’s an unreasonable expectation and would result in you losing control and hurting yourself. Riding responsibly goes a long way for overall safety.
Quality investment worth minor QC and material flaws.

Fantastic scooter
We purchased two scooters to complement a few other smaller scooters. These are great scooters. They are well built, fast, and I put 30 miles on each of them today (IΓ’ΒΒm 230 pounds) and only used 45% of the battery. The lighting is good. For those wondering why their side LED lights arenΓ’ΒΒt working, press the mode button three times fast to turn that feature on and off. The wheels are robust, and the suspension is fine. No issues with getting to speed. Overall, itΓ’ΒΒs a great purchase for the money spent. Also, for those complaining about the app, I found the app to be easy to ‘add’, easy to use, but it’s not needed to use the scooter to its fullest. If you do want the app, and you’re halfway familiar with how smart phones work, I can’t see how you this would be an issue for you.

Avoid this scooter and this company
Purchased this scooter a few months ago. In the course of normal use encountered an issue with the rear tire. Attempted reaching out to their support on multiple occasions to request a replacement part as the scooter is still fully under warranty and has an extended warranty. Their “support” is completely unwilling to try to remedy the situation, instead trying to get me to pay almost $100 for a replacement part. Be very wary of making this purchase as you will be fully on your own if anything goes wrong. Incredibly disappointed.

Extremely Satisified
I’ve bought several electric scooters for my mobility needs, and this has been my favorite. I was actually introduced to it by another user, which helped to solidify my decision. I’ve had a few inexpensive ones, as well as the top model of Niu Brand Scooter, and hands down, the Cunfon is my favorite. The range is better, the weight capacity and handling are better, and the shocks make a huge difference. I’m not a small person, so having the added cushioning to the ride makes a massive difference. I have had some small mechanical issues with the battery going downhill, and a part breakage, one caused by going to fast down a hill which shorted the battery, and the other a break while moving the scooter up a flight of stairs. In both instances, I contacted the manufacturer, and got a prompt reply within 24 hours. Once my amazon order was confirmed, they were able to send me the replacement parts, as well as a needed tool to complete the repairs myself. Easiest manufacturer interaction I’ve ever had, and it didn’t cost anything because of the warranty coverage.

The Scooter worked great for a couple of weeks, But it had some technical issues after talking to customer service they sent a new one, and this one has had no issues
The speed on it, Is fast enough to get me from my home to work within 10 minutes
i also quite like the anti theft it has on it, The app was easy to install and setup took me about 2 minutes

The customer service is amazing after a couple of months there were some issues with the battery and I contacted customer support and they helped a lot I told them there was a problem with the battery and they told me they would send a replacement of a battery ,I got the battery in less than two weeks and itΓ’ΒΒs working perfectly and it works very well with top speed of 50kph . Everyone should buy this if your in need of a scooter itΓ’ΒΒs affordable and great. Thanks Cunfon for everything!!

Well the scooter is well made take about 8hrs to fully charge you have 3 mode the range will depend on how fast you go 50km is pretty decent above that i think it could be too fast because the handle is not like a bicycle you need good balance to get around it and the hole on the road watch out for them it will trow you off quick yeah this a really good scooter overall Bluetooth speaker light all around the scooter i just wish they put it in the instruction book more detail to how to select those light mode and the speed mode i had too look up on the internet and play with it

What an awesome scooter for an amazing price! Jam packed with features for this price range!! I had a Segway ninebot max.. The CUNFON RZ800 is far superior!
I weigh 300lbs and it has no problem taking me up and down hills, and all along the trails of Edmonton.

DO NOT PURCHASE RZ800
So I recently purchased the cunfon rz800 specs stated it will do up to 50km per hr which it will not the dash read out says 50 but actual speed is 38 km per hr tested with a gps speed app that is accurate when tested in a vehicle and on a Navee65c scooter I contacted customer service and they blame the 12km on different region factors and dying battery that is also not the case it does this right off the charger at 100%
Maybe a firmware update would fix the dash but they can’t seem to do this
