   ideal mower
   if you are on a low budget, environmentally conscious, do not like loud machines, wanna take a few more steps and move your body, have tight paths or a hilly yard, this is the mower. I LOVE IT! l understand the manual feature is not for everybody. But it is a great excuse to burn some calories. It is very durable. The blades are super sharp and perform well. the wheels move great and stable. I have not had it long enough to see when the blades will need sharpening but l think the maintenance will not be more work than other machines.

   Was really easy to put together and very simple to use
   I was looking for a Good old-fashioned lawn more for mowing the front and back lawn at our rental house years ago I had an old craftsman lawnmower very similar to this. I put it to the test today after assembling it other than the typical issue of small sticks getting stuck between the blades which was my problem? I just need to remember to rake the yard next time. It worked great I also consider the weight a big plus my old craftsman lawnmower weighed about 10 pounds more than this one. I also love the mint green color.

   Great little mower
   Reason I took one star away is the grass catcher is made for this model and a larger one. Therefore it is wider and doesn’t fit as well as it could. The front edge of the catcher also sits too low to the ground (vs being even all the way across – it kinda sags on the side closest to the blades). This sometimes causes the catcher to get caught on twigs/sticks, etc. or get displaced when I’m mowing some uneven ground in my yard.On to the good stuff.Love the color! Easy to assemble. Lightweight and very maneuverable.Cuts grass nicely. Has adjustment settings on how short to cut grass as well.And . . . Excellent Customer Service. Had a problem with the mower blade getting stuck every so often. Rep explained to me what was happening and that solved the problem.Too much stuff on bar behind the blades. Need to empty catcher more often and not let the grass build up. Probably not explaining this well, but he understood and helped me solve the problem.As you can tell, I’m not familiar with mowing the lawn – ha! Using our power mower was out of the question as I am a petite woman and do not have the strength to pull the cord to start the darn thing! Let alone control it on the big hill section of our yard.Sooo, this manual mower is just what I needed. Just need that grass catcher to fit a little better and it would be perfect.I DO recommend this mower

   Nice Mower but hell to assemble
   I have a fire rebuild so we just laid sod grass which with all the rain grew fast and uneven. The mower is good and can handle it but takes a lot of effort. Assembling the mower however was extremely difficult. No real pictures…drawings difficult for us to figure out. No assembly videos that might have clarified how to assemble the handle to the mower or to put together the grass basket. A good mower but with really poor directions, lousy drawings, no explanations, no videos….just pictures on site of people mowing. Yes it is lightweight, easy to move around and has good blades. Why don’t we make these in America instead of China?

   Excellent Choice!
   My daughter and I were tired of all the small engines that break down and need repair so we opted for this non-motorized way to cut our grass. It’s very easy to use – a great way to get a work out (walking back and forth while mowing) – it’s lightweight and easy to push. The only down side is you have to rake your yard of any twigs before mowing as the twigs get stuck in the blades and stop you from mowing. Environmentally friendly! No small engine to have to gas up or repair! Beats any lawnmower I’ve ever had, hands down!

   Missing Pieces
   When the directions tell you to make sure you have all the pieces before assembling, they mean it! I did try assembling the lawn-mower without checking to see if I had all the pieces. Many YT videos later and an intense perusal of the microscopic and incomprehensible manual, I figured out the problem: I am missing the screws, and there’s no way around the missing parts. Pros: The aqua-marine color is lovely; its light enough to carry back to UPS to return to seller. Cons: will never know if it works because its missing pieces and can’t be assembled without them.

   Amazing!
   This lawn mower is so fun to work with! We cut the grass in little time and it was enjoyable and quite relaxing. The blades don’t appear sharp but it cuts the grass very well.

   The perfect solution!
   I moved to a home with very little grass-tired of paying for lawn care-decided to try a reel mower. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I watched a YouTube video that made assembly a breeze (not mechanically inclined!), waited for a nice dry morning and went to work. Super easy to use-lightweight and efficient cut. I had no trouble going up an incline. Probably a good idea to clear your path of twigs before mowing. I can edge and trim w/ my weed eater…voila- my little yard looks like a professional was here!
