Was super excited to set this up and thenâ¦
Received the dog trailer today (03/27/2024) after it being delayed for two days. No biggie. Opened the box super excited to set it up and take my 15 year old pug out for a spin when I noticed a huge defect in the trailers floorboard. It seems to be of great value so Iâm very shocked and disappointed that it arrived with this damage. Overall this trailer is built to last years to come so now Iâm faced with the everlasting worry that this defect with continue to get worse with time and use. Albeit, I put together the trailer and it looks to be of great quality. I have not tested it out attached to the bike yet, only as a stroller around the house so my only concern is that the front wheel is very wobbly when you pick up in speed, not suitable for jogging which was my intended purpose for it in stroller mode. This trailer would be a huge pain to send back due to its size and weight so Iâm wondering if there is a floorboard replacement that it can be switched out with to make things right. Iâve attached photos of the trailer from all sides and the defect in the floorboard. From the outside it looks brand new, once you open it and look inside the gash in the floorboard just kills it for me.

Pour l instant usage poussette uniquement. Ne pas s appuyer sur la poignée sinon bascule en arrière car mon chien ne fait que 6 kg. Sinon plutôt maniable et tissus solide. Montage rapide.
