The power
This is a great chainsaw. No hassle very powerful and not heavy at all. Chain runs very fast and cuts quckly.

Customer Service is Excellent
UPDATE:Within 24-hours of this review going live the seller reached out and offered a full refund. We discussed some other options and agreed to replacement batteries because I think the chainsaw unit is great. This seller is one of the few on here that offer fantastic customer service and I am very happy with what I now have.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Whilst the saw is great (quiet, decent torque, easy to use), the battery life is pretty poor. I was only able to cut four 4inch logs (less than 10 mins) before the batteries were drained.I thought about buying spare batteries but the cost is ridiculous compared to the cost of the chainsaw.

Works for small to medium projects
Works for what I needed it for, to cut some 2″ slices from Cypress and Pine logs to use as pavers for a walking path. For limbs about 5″ diameter I can cut about 15 before the batteries need to be recharged. For logs about 13″ diameter I get about 7 cuts. Batteries charge in reasonable time.

Good power
Chainsaw has good power and I much prefer it over gas. Admittedly I was cutting large trees, but I am only able to cut 5 to 7 and must recharge batteries. If cutting 10 inch trees and under I am sure would last much longer.

Chain saw did not work
Unfortunatly the chain saw did not work. Batteries indicated fully charged. However when I pressed the trigger to start nothing happened. I did look at several utube videos before my purchase and the individuals were very happy with the product. Luck ofthe draw?

Used for almost a year favorite saw so far
I was looking for a Dewalt saw and ran into this brand. I had a few Worxs and greenworks saws. The greenworks were bad the works were ok. After considering the cost of batteries this saw is cheaper and so much better. Standard chain that holds tension. The saw feel good in the hand for me, much more torque than my 40 and 80v Greenworks. Thinking about getting another chainsaw just to have the extra batteries. When the batteries get low the torque drops off. The batteries tend to be a bit hot to charge but they cool and start charging with out me doing anything. I know its silly but I like the oil cap. Its the easiest cap that I have ever had to deal with. I have had a lot of Chinese gas saws, some ok most don’t last long. This has about as much torque as my husqvarna 240. I would say you would need 5 sets of batteries to make it through a day with recharging. I had low expectations for a brand I never heard of, after this I bought Dongchang 1 handed reciprocating saw and liked it. I read somewhere they use the same batter as DCK I haven’t tried them.

So far so good
Love vs gas. Good speed and new chain has cut very well so far. Battery life has been great with new batteries and charge time seems very fast. Doesnt seem to use a lot of bar oil which I hope doesnt turn into an issue down the road. The oil supplied might get you started but plan on purchasing more. I bought as a backup to my gas saw but dont want to go back. No pull start and no exhaust are game changers. Still pretty loud so may want to still use ear protection. Seems like a good value purchase so far- time will tell.

Awesome battery saw
The best thing about this is the price. Used it to drop a dead tree and cut a few fallen ones up. It is super quiet and has torque.Only complaints are when cutting oak up (dry) the batteries got hot and thermal shutdown. Still managed to achieve my objectives with it.Batteries work with their also great value leaf blower. They appear to be some standard tool brand but I haven’t been able to confirm yet.
