   La aplicación la instale y la desinstale en varias ocasiones porque no funcionaba, tiene algún problema con los teléfonos Apple, al final si funciono ,hay buena Comunicación con el vendedor , el scooter funciona muy bien y es bastante rápido con la modalidad de turbo , continuare comentando como va funcionado

   Defective battery cover
   With in the first hour of use battery cover and battery feel off causing battery and cover to sink. Battery cover is a bad design and waiting to see what the company will do. Turned a fun weekend into upset kids and knowing we won’t have it for our vacation or the 4th of July vacation. Still waiting to hear back

   Nice scooter, arduous support/warranty experience
   I rarely leave reviews. I had to leave one here…
   Something has to be either extraordinary or phenomenally. Terrible for me to take the time to write a review.
   First, the good.
   The navbow is a nice and easy to use underwater scooter. Has all the features that they say it does.
   It’s easy to maintain, quick to clean, and has been durable in my use of product.
   Now, the bad or I should say the reality.
   I received one of these as a gift, a very thoughtful and expensive gift. The battery charger that I received with the product was defective. I would go so far as to say possibly dangerous as it got hot and emitted a clicking sound when charging a battery. In an effort to remedy this, I reached out to support using the website and provided my serial number and a screenshot from their app showing a few relevant pieces of identifying information.
   Roughly a day later I received an email asking for my serial number. I once again uploaded it and included it as text in the body of the email reply. Restating my battery charging issue and my concern that the charger itself was making a clicking noise when plugged in.
   After some back and forth, I was met with a request to provide the proof of purchase.
   Considering that this was a gift, I did not have this.
   I did however have the tracking number and package identification information showing the shipment dates for the unit.
   This was inadequate and my support request was denied. I was unable to locate a battery charger, even in the official store of the manufacturer, that I could purchase.
   UPDATE:
   After 61 days from the time I started the attempt to obtain a functioning battery charger and leaving this review, sublue support provided a functioning charger under warranty. I’ve amended the rating of this review to three stars, not because the quality of the product but the arduous support experience.
   I stand behind the review I provided, the actual scooter is pretty fantastic. It’s a good product, functions well, and after further use I can say is easy to clean and maintain.
   The negative remains with the ability to quickly and easily obtain support for the product.

   Das Teil macht allen einen Riesengroßen Spaß.
   Schade ist der hohe Preis den der Scooter für Familien unerreichbar macht.
   Qualitativ ist der Scooter das auf jeden Fall wert!
   Auch Oma und Opa mit über 100 Kilo zieht er scheinbar mühelos durch das Wasser.
