It Never worked!
My husband unpacked this item and it would not start and I didnât realize it was not returnable. Now we own a broken chain saw and have to pay for it to be repaired.

I very good chain saw
I own nothing but Ryobi power tools. I have a 14″, a 16″ and 18″ ryobi chain saws. They were a great price and they work great.

bad customer service
This chainsaw did not come as ordered. I started the chainsaw and started cutting the tree. The chainsaw then started smoking and after about 5 minutes of use it cut off and I could not get it started again. Definitely not worth the $200 I spent for the saw ( price also included expedited shipping via UPS). The saw was not new. It was shipped with gas in the fuel bulb and an old bar. The blade was dull. I was very disappointed in this purchase. If I had known the saw needed repair and replacement parts I would never have spent the kind of money I did on this saw.

Came broken
This product came broken was not able to send back to Manufacturer but Amazon stood by and refunded us. If you are going to sell used better make sure it’s not broken and it works.

Based on years of owning the saw
One day I will die , and on that day I will leave behind all of my stuff. A life time of hours worked and money distributed. A few people will think of me fondly , and the memory of me will drift away like a cloud on a sunny day. Everything that I did, every single time that I set out to achieve will be for not. Ultimately my time here will mean nothing.
On that day you will not find this chain in my possession as it is the biggest source of frustration I have come across in the entirety of my life. A rational person could think that as a home owner one needs to have a chain saw for the random yard chore now and again, and one could think that buying a cheaper chainsaw would do the trick. While this may be true with any other chainsaw brand it is not true in the case of this useless turd. I have spent many fold the amount of hours working on the saw than using it to cut wood. I have replaced parts, fuel filters, I have adjusted carbs and replaced carbs and the bar, sharpened the chain , replaced the chain, basically over hulled the thing every time I have used it for the last several years.
If I can imprint any words of wisdom upon you lets those word be â DO NOT BUY , THIS SAWâ . They say to write I good review one needs to elaborate on ease of use , durability, weight etc. well here it goâs, it never worked well, it broke or stopped working in a different way every time I used it , it is surprisingly light wait when compared to a working chain saw.
