   Stability Power and Range
   This bike is absolutely dauntingly well built. Very rugged frame and solid parts. I’ve seen a lot of e-bikes in person and they always seemed cheap and flimsy almost in their construction. I was looking for a bike that I could use for regular commuting at around 20 miles a day but potentially more depending on what I wanted to do and this bike seems to have zero issue doing all of that. The dual motors provide exceptional amount of power most of the time I am just running on one and it’s still plenty of power for up normal hills in the rural area where I live. Currently received the bike yesterday and I’ve already put over 20 miles onto it. I will update this review in a few days with any other details I notice moving forward.

   Missing parts, doesn’t work, no support
   The bike was missing a washer, Philodo didn’t respond to my request for assistance. We bought a washer and got the bike put together but it didn’t work, persistent errors 8 and 11. I reseated the cables but it still wont’ work. No support, no replacement, just a return was all that was offered.

   Amazing Bike
   Easy to put together upon arrival.The philodo jumbo awd is above and beyond my expectations!. It is very solid with power that is unbelievable. Great bike on and off road! I wanted both and this bike gives me what wanted for hunting and on the bike trails.Support staff is there if you have any questions.Thank You Nomi!

   Nice bike but…..
   CONS: The weight of this is insane. My wife can’t hold it up so sending hers back when it ever arrives. As far as comfort, the plastic seat, plastic seat post adjustment and seat post clamp are junk. The all cables are cable tied, even the front motor power cord is cable tied to the forks, probably not so smart. Never had a rear shock that seems to be welded together hence the name Go Suxe (See photos) I did watch a video review where it sounded like the bike broke, so maybe it will free up. The rear cargo rack is horrible, either the frame is bent or the rack is just horribly manufactured (see photos) The front forks were damaged and touched up prior to shipping (see photos) The lower battery is a bear to remove and install, I recommend leaving it in and charge on bike. Pedals are for a Walmart bike, for the price components could be better. Front wheel nuts are difficult to get to. I recommend buying some run flat tube inserts. Carrying the 18mm wrench, supplied in tool kit, is probably not the easiest thing to carry for times of flat tires. Rear brake light cable could be possibly 3’ shorter. You could run this to a trailer if you plan on pulling you child or pet. With all this weight I had to find a bike rack that would haul 600# or put these on my trailer to take to other areas and vacation. Also, the mirrors they send are ridiculous at approximately a foot long and not even certain where they go. I changed my handlebar neck to give myself better posterity.PROS:Assembly was pretty easy, the front wheel was difficult due to the fork damage. Although a lot of stuff on bars it manageable. I am a big guy, close to 300# and the big propelled my down hill at 37mph. Uphill was struggling at >20. Torque seems good when you start up AWD but I’ll add to review after I try it on beach. Really no need for AWD on pavement and it depletes battery. With my size, it accelerates very fast and has unbelievable acceleration. Outside of the forks, back rack and some cheap components my initial, out of the box review would encourage buying this incredibly heavy bike. Frame welds actually appear very nicely done and if I can break that rear shock free the ride might even improve.

   Awesome bikes so easy to get up to speed and stay with or pass traffic.
   The tires popped a little too easy but we have plans to sort that out. Our biggest problem is my wife’s bike won’t charge anymore. We would like to get a couple of spare batteries. Can this be done, and how much? Thank you. We love them.

   Just WOW!!
   This bike is everything it says it does. Super awesome looking and easy to assemble. I had to slightly bend the rear fender a little cause of rubbing but no big deal. The power on this thing is incredible. After doing a quick five miles, I realized I only had one battery on the whole time. Went up a hill in the neighborhood that I otherwise would always avoid cause it was killer hard to do. This went up like nothing. I weigh 250lbs and it carried me up the whole way. If your wife is convincing you not to buy it, don’t listen. This is easily the best e-bike for the price.
