Impressive
This little pole saw is extreme powerful. We oiled it (comes with a nice size bottle of oil), put it together in less than 5 minutes and got to work. The battery already came charged enough to get 5 full hours of work done before needing to charge it. Comes with 2 extra chains. It is very sturdy when using the pole and extended all the way. We have trimmed down 5 trees. This shows one pile of what we cut down, we had 2 more piles just as big. We had an estimate from a worker to cut down these 4 trees and they wanted $8k. So this was absolutely amazing to buy plus a very long ladder and we saved so much money and time. I am beyond impress and would buy this saw every year of needed though from the absolutely over work we have given it in just 2 days and how well it performs and resist some really thick branches covered in Spanish moss, I am certain that with care, it will last a long time. Beyond impressed. Just amazing craftsmanship. Comes with safety goggles (nicely made not cheap) and pair of gloves. Remember to remove battery before clearing the saw of debris. Practice on a small branch first. Love it ð love the fact that my husband absolutely is killing the yard work in so little time and looking ð ðð¼ while doing it. Yard looks amazing. Going to start trimming the front yard’s palm trees. Also ladies, this is so easy and safe to use ourselves and the hands away option is phenomenal for shrubs and garden.

I love this little chain saw
I needed to take down my 20 year old 35ft. tall Macadamia tree. I needed to be rid of it, cause it was very toxic to my dog, so it had to go (the tree that is). I’m almost 70 years old, and I needed to get this job done by my self. I did not want to have to climb into the tree to get to the top branches. I thought if I just had a chain saw on the end of a pole I could reach the higher branches without having to climb the tree. So I bought my MZK, it got to me in a day. It was packaged very nicely and there was NO damage. I fully charged the battery, tested her out and she worked perfectly. Just a small adjustment to the chain tension, and add the chain oil (that comes with it), by the way, you get a total of 3 chains, one on her and 2 spares. She is all I used to remove all the branches and then the trunk. I left about 5 foot of the trunk for Kung Fu practice (wall bag). She is rated for a 4″ cut, so That is why I left the stump at 5′, I would need a longer saw to go further than 4″. I would recommend this saw to everyone who needs a small chain saw for tree cutting/trimming, on a extended pole, the saw can be used with or without the pole, or just need a quick cut without messing with fuel or power cords, battery is the way. I should mention also that the saw angle when it is on the pole is adjustable, just push a button and set it to the angle you like. EASY! BUY IT, YOU WILL LIKE IT!

Nice mini chainsaw
This unit worked pretty well hope it last very well supplied manuals and spare chains the extension pole worked great felt a little wobbly when extended but it worked fine. Not to heavy either perfect for trimming little tree branches

My expectations were low considering it is battery operated and the great price. I was looking at gas pole saws 4 times the cost of this one . I got to tell ya , this thing works like a champ. For two days I been working the heck out of it and it performs great !! I have a large property and thr trees have been encroach ing. Even if this pole saw dies tomorrow I already got my money’s worth. Buy this item and you won’t be disappointed, just take care of it and use it accordingly. This is my first review ever , I had to write it because I really belive in this product .ððð

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble. Charger was fast. Came with oil to start off usage. Wish telescoping end was a bit easier to tighten and loosen, but works and cuts great. Yard work just got done faster!

Worked great the first three times
Topped off the battery the day it came in and tried the hand saw, then the pole attachment. Worked fantastic cut like a beaver drinking coffee but a lot faster.
Used it the second day, and ran like a champ til the battery ran low. Put it on the charger. When battery was charged (itâs pretty fast), I put it back on the hand-saw and didnât run it for a few days.
Got it out yesterday and put it on the pole attachment to get a few high limbs. Cut limbs for a full battery and put it back on the charger – I wasnât quite done.
I had a few more to cut, so after a couple hours, the battery was fully charged and I put it back on the pole attachment to get back to work. Pulled the trigger – nothing. Checked the battery, full charge. Reattached directly to the hand saw – nothing. Did that a couple more times and this thing is dead in the water. I guess the motor is shot after less than 2-3 hours of use.
I honestly canât recommend this for purchase unless the mfg can come up with a solution, but there is not any contact info (that I have found yet), and the Amazon âtroubleshootingâ is about as useful as ice cubes to an Eskimo.
I had to go rent a gas powered pole saw to finish up todayâ¦hopefully someone will reach out because I DO like this little saw when it was working.

Easy to work with and cuts thick branches with ease
I used the extender to cut a thick branch and used it without the extender to cut the branch in small pieces. I was impressed. It was easy to assemble. Cleaning is also easy. I did one big branch with one battery.
