Battery won’t charge on arrival, can’t refund.
I just got this pc and the battery won’t hold charge. I tried to get it replaced, but when I try amazon just says “something went wrong.” I can still use it plugged in, but what’s the point of having a laptop if it has to be plugged in 24/7. Very disappointed. I would look at other products.

I’m just gonna leave this comment here. Bought this laptop, TUF Dash F15 with a 3050ti. It worked well over a year minus the fact that the keyboard gets very hot. A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS LAPTOP IS THAT THE SCREENS GO BLACK (YOUTUBE THE ISSUE). They say to flash the bios & etc. That solves nothing in most cases, you have to replace the screen or laptop and ASUS KNOWINGLY SELLS WITH THIS ISSUE, REFUSED TO SEND THE PARTS TO FIX IT AND/OR ALLOW IT TO BE SENT IN AND REFURBISHED due to the fact I purchased it off of Amazon. They KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TODAY THE BATTERY COMPLETELY DRAINED AND I NOW HAVE TO NOT ONLY KEEP IT CONNECTED TO AN EXTERNAL MONITOR BUT NOW HAS TO TO BE PLUGGED INTO A POWER SOURCE. Oh, And when the screen went black the primary monitor adapter disappeared from the setting as well as the feature of projecting to another monitor (has to be connected via HDMI to external at this point) case in point, you’ll probably run into the same issues at some point. I personally will NEVER BE PURCHASING ANOTHER ASUS PRODUCT DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE I RECEIVED AND THE FAULTY ISSUES THAT OCCURRED FOR OTHERS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE. Llegó excelente y con las especificaciones de hardware, tal cuál la descripción. Es un muy buen equipo, bastante robusto y ofreciendo un gran desempeño. Es un equipo de uso rudo, por lo que está diseñada para usarse por horas (conectada al tomacorriente claro está). Y por el precio de oferta, bien vale la pena, es una computadora muy completa; tanto para trabajo, como para entretenimiento. La recomiendo ampliamente.

El producto se siente de calidad, falta probar y ver que buen rendimiento se le puede sacar, como punto fuerte las aplicaciones que tiene para configurar son muy intuitivas y no hay problema para alguien que vaya adquirir está como su primer lap gamer de entrada, como puntos negativos los materiales aunque sólidos se ensucian muy facil y la baterÃa en modo rendimiento se esfuma rápido te soporta 1:30 o 2 hr, en modo eco para tareas básicas soporta 3 o 4 horas en uso moderado bajo, su pantalla antireflejo es una maravilla ojo aquà una sugerencia tambien me pasó que la grafica la desactiva la propia lap al momento de configurar el modo eco, tienes que cambiar la configuración para que te la active y esta la tercera opción que es modo rendimiento que la activa o desactiva segun tu uso, con el uso podre dejar o editar mi calificación pero por el momento estoy satisfecho con la compra

Tengo una PC de escritorio, por lo tanto no buscaba una laptop para ser mi máquina principal de sesiones de juego. Sin embargo necesitaba un remplazo de laptop para mi trabajo y la pude conseguir con una buena oferta de buen fin a solo 11,000. Trabajo con programas de edición de audio y además la he probado con juegos de última generación. Probado con Baldur’s Gate 3, corre excelente con configuraciones altas y Silent Hill 2 Remake el cual no cumple con los requisitos mÃnimos y aún asà con la configuración adecuada lo corrió sin problemas, eso sÃ, tuve que comprar una base enfriadora para lograr mejores resultados en los juegos. La base deberá ser de las de motor grande tipo LLANO, IETS o en mi caso Rabbitstorm la cual vale la mitad y da un buen rendimiento.
