The resonator didnât go into the cat fully, had to have 2 small pieces welded in to fill the gap. Still cheaper than a muffler shop replacing the entire thing!

Product fit perfect, only parts I didnât use was the front resonators. They appeared to be smaller but everything else from the cat-back was great!

Definitely not exact fit
02 Pathfinder . Good strong steel. Right front intermediate pipe 1 inch too short. Left front intermediate pipe off by about 6 in. Had to cut and rework. In the end just used flex pipe instead of taking it to a shop and having it welded.

Not a direct fit, mechanic had to do a little bending and needed a few gaskets but it has my Pathfinder humming. Shipped faster than expected and no damage. Great quality exaust system.

Mechanic had ro make additions to the pipes so they would fit. Also bolts were missing. So t6he cost of install was way more if the pieces fit.

Almost Perfect
This Northeastern Exhaust stainless steel muffler, front and rear resonators are constructed very well but the intermediate pipes may not line up perfectly. To be fair, I doubt there is a perfect direct fit alternative that lines up perfectly like on OEM very costly option. I had those pipes cut and welded to the muffler to line them up exactly as intended and avoid any potential leaks from just clamping them in place. The welds on the parts are excellent. The size of every item mirrors the Nissan OEM components in great detail except the intermediate pipes. Even the center hanger plate and dynamic damper bracket match Nissan OEM exactly, which I have not seen on any other aftermarket exhaust system. The mandrel tube bends, for the most part, are identical to the Nissan OEM muffler and resonators.This system is a direct fit for my ’02 Pathfinder but not what I would call plug-n-play. I installed the muffler and resonators myself with ease, along with new rubber insulator hangers. (Walker part numbers 35460, qty 4 and 35725, qty 1) The fit was a perfect match to an OEM install. The intermediate pipes required installation at a muffler shop to weld them on in line with the muffler since I do not have the tools to do that portion of the job right. I am pleased with the performance of the whole system. I initially bought the forward resonators separately but I could have saved some cash and bought this entire package bundle for my ’02 Pathfinder on Amazon. The value, benefits, and performance over OEM is a great deal. I was even able to polish the stainless steel tail pipe with 1000 grit sand paper and water to give it a mirror shine so it looks great as well.
