Versatile and Easy

Minimalists Rejoice: Effective, Compact, and Adaptable Fitness Equipment
I have used TRX straps before in gym environments so I am familiar with the non-portable versions. Using the TRX Go is just like the original, only lighter, compact, and ideal for minimalists. I (5’8″ tall) found no issues setting up the ankor strap 6′ up with just my arm height and it is so easy to do. I always do a test tug to make sure that it will support my weight and pressure before I exercise. It feels sturdy and I can do the exercises as I please. The TRX Go packs down quite well, so I have the mesh bag attached to my yoga mat bag so my portable gym is always ready to go. I haven’t used the door anchor yet, but the anywhere anchor works well for my purposes. As for the workout moves, they help target specific areas, so I tend to use the TRX for upper body because I need to build up my strength more in that area. I don’t need to do a lot of reps to get results. It is very time and energy efficient.

4 years and still going strong literally and figuratively
I bought my TRX at the start of 2020 not knowing it would be so important ð³ 4 years later, it’s as good as it was the day I bought it after traveling with me across the Americas, getting used with a (solid) door, on a patio, playground, park, trees in the forest, at the beach, on a farm. Literally everywhere. Thanks to Andrea Toth’s amazing (and free) TRX workouts from 5-60m on YouTube, I continue to have fun, varied full-body and body part focused exercises that keep me seeing progress. And simply by changing your angle or strap length you can adjust the difficulty to keep the challenge. It fits neatly into any bag and doesn’t weigh much so you can easily carry it in a backpack or run to the park with it. It’s also easy to set up and take down in 1m (just make sure the anchor point can safely hold your weight.) I highly recommend this not only to have a quality home workout, but wherever you go.

Getting what ya pay for….
Sure seems like a lot of money for some nylon webbing and hardware, but it’s well-made and works well. Added this to our home gym and spouse loves it. Happy wife, happy life. Money well-spent.

I recently lost a bunch of weight and my health coach recommended I get some strength training in addition to the cardio I normally get. She recommended this. I donât know what separates this from the set thatâs like $50 more expensive, but I was shocked how sore this made my arm muscles from my first workout (in a good way). I was skeptical that using a fraction of my body weight would be enough of a workout, but was pleasantly surprised when I worked up a sweat and my muscles ached for a few days afterward. It takes a bit of faith that you will not fall on your back or face when you do the severe leans, but using the door mount method hasnât let me down yet.
Like the promotional materials say, it is super portable (I am even considering taking it to work to get a workout on my lunch) and pretty easy to use. You can download an app and get a free trial to test their guided workouts, but Iâve held off on that so far while I get used to it. Iâll likely do the trial at some point when I can take better advantage of the short time period itâs free.
Overall, Iâm happy with this purchase.

Great Way to Have a Simple Home Gym
The TRX utilizes the top of a door that closes towards you to give you a stable anchor for cords that allow you to do all kinds of exercises using your body weight to strengthen and stretch yourself while improving your balance.

No suelo hacer muchas reseñas de lo que compro, pero algo que llamó mucho mi atención es que los usuarios se quejaban de que no traÃa la key card para acceder al programa de TRX, cuando al menos en mi caso si me tocó, y deben prestar mucha atención, porque asà como en las fotos donde se ve despegado algo, eso me pasó, pero la card estaba en la caja y sin ningún problema pude acceder.
Ahora bien, con la key card, debo decir que no he logrado canjear el token, porque la plataforma de trx se actualizó, pero sólo te dan un mes de acceso a todas las rutinas, que claro con eso te basta. También tengo decir que tanto en youtube, y hasta TikTok hay una infinidad de vÃdeos donde puedes encontrar rutinas para principiantes, intermedios y avanzados.
El equipo viene en perfectas condiciones, el poster viene en inglés, bueno en realidad todo viene en inglés. Me parece que ha sido de las mejores compras que hice y en mi caso aproveché el blackfriday, lo he estado usando ya por varios dÃas, mandé a adaptar una agarradera para el trx y estoy sumamente satisfecho.
De hecho ahorita estoy escribiendo la reseña con un dolor en los brazos, de que use el trx y pues como dije en el tÃtulo, desde la primer rutina sientes el trabajo. Además, no voy a hablar mal de otras marcas, pero yo tengo entendido que si quieres seguridad, mejor opta por TRX, cargamos mucho sobre este producto y lo mejor es elegir algo de calidad.

Tolle robuste Qualität. Preis happig, aber im Angebot zugeschlagen. Wenn man damit wirklich dauerhaft trainieren will, sollte man sich Qualität gönnen. An der Tür hält es super. Man findet viele Ãbungen kostenlos im Internet. Macht irre SpaÃ. Freue mich aufs AuÃentraining. Im Urlaub muss man nicht auf seine Ãbungen verzichten. Nimmt nicht viel Platz ein.

I needed something that was portable and easy to set up. This is perfect for working out at home with body weight and General isometric exercises. I find itâs great upper body and arm work outs, core, but need more creativity and extra weights for lower body (eg. Legs and glutes) so I end up just doing other exercises for those areas. Otherwise a good investment for a home gym setup.
