   Best workout straps
   I’ve done TRX for years and finally decided to invest in my own set of straps. These are fantastic quality, easy use to and adjust, and the extender straps make them even easier to use anywhere! Compact and great for travel, although a little on the heavy side because of the quality of straps and metal. A worthy trade off. If you’re considering purchasing off-brand TRX straps I can definitely tell you don’t do it – these are well-worth the money and will last much longer! Off-brand straps I’ve used in the past don’t have the same feel and the straps often slide while you’re working out which is not only annoying, but can also be a safety risk.

   Great kit for exercising while traveling or otherwise away from your gym
   This is a great training system. I bought this for travel when I can’t go to my gym.
   There is almost no limit to the number of exercises you can do with this. The kit comes with a DVD of exercises. When you sign up online, they give you access to even more videos. You can use the videos to learn how to do the motions of exercises, and you can exercise with the videos. They give you reasonable amounts of time to do different motions and then time to swap to a new motion’s setup. I setup my laptop in the hotel room so I could see the display while I was using the TRX. I can almost always hook it over the door to the room. Sometimes I use the bathroom door.
   My personal trainer has me use the pro/military grade version. The handles are slightly different, and the hardware is a little different. Nothing that affects your ability to exercise in the least bit. One point I’d make though, is that I am using TRX a couple times a month (at least) with my professional trainer. This is serious gear. It allows you to start where you are able to perform, and then adjust to harder exercises easily as you get stronger. I’ve seen my trainer use it with other clients in ways I can’t imagine doing the motion – I just don’t have the strength yet. But I hope to get there.
   This can work all the major muscle groups. Arms, legs, core. The core gets a beating in most of the arm & leg exercises, too.
   This is sturdy. The item is genuine. I verified the label with the company. There was some concern that it might be counterfeit. I asked because this didn’t have the same kind of proof label the TRX I use at the gym has, but the company verified it for me.
   The box it comes in use sturdy and we use it when we travel in the car. When I pack it in my bag for air travel, I use the stuff sack.
   Would definitely buy again if this were stolen. Or my wife needed one for travel while I also traveled separately, etc. When we’re together, one of us will use TRX while the other does body weight exercises on the floor. And then we switch off so we both get a good workout in.

   Very portable for you road warriors
   The positive reviews are in-line with what I experienced after owning this for a couple of weeks. I do recommend the TRX product, the materials are solid. I cannot speak about other brands but from a safety observation, when you are doing the Y-fly or the low-row movements. The last thing you want are the clips flying back to your un-protected face at 50-mph. If you are able to securely mount the end to a over-head tree branch or hook in an open door way this makes some of the movements more intense and you do not have to adjust the strap lengths if you work-out partner is shorter or taller. Not a show-stopper, but you have to wait but you can use that as the 30-sec rest period. If all you have is a closed door to mount your TRX this will still work just fine. I do recommend registering your TRX product with TRX. I got four free video work-outs from the TRX app I can watch on my iPad/iPhone. From my experience most of the movements involve your core a lot or at some level. The side planks, crunches, atomic push-ups work! I was sore then next day. The DVD that comes with the box has a few work-outs to follow and it give a good 30-minute work-out. There is also a reference book inside that is helpful. What is cool about this product is very portable and it comes with it’s own travel bag. The kit also comes with a warning sign to hang on the outside of they door you are work-out on to let people on the other side of the door know you are working out, as well as a reminder when you use the TRX product to lock the door so your TRX product in case somebody forgot your are using the door to work-out with. Overall, I recommend this product, you can also download other work-outs from the TRX app for a $1.99 at the time of this review.

   Das TRX All-In-One ist das perfekte “Home Gym” für unterwegs. Wenn man im Urlaub kein Fitnessstudio buchen, sich aber dennoch sportlich betätigen möchte, ist das TRX optimal. Auf YouTube gibt es unzählige Übungen und es macht wirklich Spaß damit zu trainieren. Qualitativ ist TRX – das Original natürlich top, aber das habe ich auch nicht anders erwartet.
