Fantastic customer service
I bought my air fryer last November and after 2.5 months it died. I emailed the company, explained what happened and the sent me a new one. No questions, no cost to me. I couldn’t be happier and the air fryer works great. Cooks teriyaki salmon perfectly.

As its stainless(Many Aren’t) you can CLEAN this oven!!
First off this is a very stylish looking piece of hardware, secondly its simple to use, has nice large screen to work with and easy to make adjustments in TIME & TEMPERATURE on the fly! Fair amount of try accessories come with the oven and since its presence is more vertically dominant it doesn’t take up that much room. In short, for the Price….THIS ITEM IS A WINNER!

Doors are nice, but functionality is complicated and confusing
Hmmm … I bought this oven for my daughter because she enjoys cooking and baking. However, she found the instructions very confusing. Even after trying to read them, she struggled to understand, which took away from the joy of making cookies for her friends and instructors. She is willing to give it another try, but if she continues to have trouble with it, we will have to return it.

Effective not intuitive
My old toaster oven/air fryer was worn out so I found this one. I am actually impressed with the function. It will get food very crispy using the air fryer function.
It has a wide variety of function settings, but I’ve only used Air Fry and Bake.
The reasons I gave 4 stars: 1. The instructions were terrible and not plentiful; plus the functioning is not very intuitive so it’s a bit confusing. 2. After I bought it Sam’s Club had the Emeril Lagasse unit extremely similar to this one (and very highly rated) on a sale for a good $30 less than this product.
Overall, yes I recommend, but price compare before deciding.

My second fryer
Much quieter than my last fryer with much more internal room. I love the basket option and drip pan makes cleanup easy.
Also has fast heat up. The feet are a little slippery on my counter. Overall its great.

Love it! Easy to use. Same thing as Emeril Lagasse but cheaper. I actually cooked a pizza in there. It’s awesome! Food cones out crispy and yummy. Worth every penny.

Not easy
Didnât like much about this oven. The light wouldnât stay on, couldnât control the heat. Toast burned in 1spot on the bread like a lazer hit it and burned. It wasnât easy to use.
