reciepts for purchase provide ZERO information on what equipment is covered!
I buy a LOT of gear. More than half is covered by Asurion warranty service. You would think the return coverage packet would AT LEAST mention what the equipment is that is covered. ANY professional warranty service would make it very clear in the packet what is being covered.
NOT so with Asurion. Apparently sending customers anything more than a generic coverage statement with a 17-digit “order number” is the best their brain dead software can manage. Thankfully, so far, I haven’t actually had to USE their service, a credit to the gear and not to Asurion. If I needed to actually make a claim, I have NO idea how to match the 17 digit Asurion “order numbers” (NOT Amazon’s) with the problem gear. Really Asurion? I hope if I ever need the service, your response is more professional than your purchase process and statements!!

Sent off for repair, Came back in worse shape
Purchased Yamaha keyboard & Asurion protection plan. Keyboard got knocked over 1st week I had it. UGH! A few keys would not respond. Sent back for repairs, keyboard came back scratched up and the keys were still not repaired. Sent back for repairs again, they informed me they cannot fix it. Refunded my money. So now have to start all over. FRUSTRATING!!!!
