Haven’t needed to use it but i read through the descriptiojn of the protection plan and it seems straight forward. I likely will never need it but wanted to protect my investment. If I ever end up needing to cash in on it, I’ll update this review.Again, according to the documents I read, this covers damage from dropping or simple electronic failure. Covering an expensive stage keyboard and didn’t want to be stuck with crazy repairs.Keep in mind, you would be responsible for shipping it to a repair person.
