While we have not used this product yet and hope we do not have to, it gives us peace of mind that for the next four years our purchase will have at home repair service. Imagine spending your hard earned money and then a month after the warranty expires, so does your equipment. With this, we know we are covered.

What a waste of time and money.
The warranty or insurance is “one size fits all” I bought a quality flute, a musical instrument, and the policy kept describing protection for a cell phone, or computer, like “cracked screen” I could get no information on what was covered on flute: Mechanism ? Pads? I had to trace information through my Amazon order for information on the company, Asurion. They did nothing but take my money. There was no policy, warranty , or even information on what it was exactly I paid for. I got a return and a refund. It is better if I get a rider on my home owner’s insurance policy. Don’t deal with a company that won’t give you information up front , to you, specifically and individually.
