   Damaged but fully functional
   Top left corner of the board had a pretty nasty scrape, was bent and shaved off the outer PCB layers to reveal the copper ground layer to about 1/2″ from the corner, so it’s more than just cosmetic – this required some electrical insulation to protect the exposed layers. Shipping material was undamaged so this was there when they put it in the box.
   Board is fully functional though as best I can tell, and came with a 3D printed I/O cover, some SATA cables, and standoffs for the m.2 slots. Docked a star for not meeting Amazon’s “Renewed” description (superficial cosmetic damage only) but at the end of the day the thing does work.

   Solid mainboard with a good bios and a heavy duty PCI-E slot.
   Been using this main board for a year now, the main PCI-E slot is very heavy duty. Bios is easy to manage through and change settings, easy to update the firmware from the bios as well. No complaints here for the price, makes a decent mid range gaming board.

   Pleasantly Surprized!!
   I ordered this motherboard “Renewed” hoping to just get something usable for a decent price. My old unit is an older one. Played most games I have but my daughter gave me a VR unit. Me PC didn’t care for the VR. It would play it for about 15 minutes and then it would just black out. So I was looking for something to bring me rig up to snuff on a super tight budget. So I bought this motherboard and a 5500 processor. First, the shipping was pretty fast. I got the motherboard way sooner than Amazon said. Which is great!! The motherboard isn’t in a factory box. It was in a static bag and wrapped generously with bubble wrap. Included was the I/O shield, a couple sata cables, the cooler back plate and hardware, and a few other screws. It was packaged very nicely. There wasn’t a driver disk or whatever else would have normally came with it new, but that didn’t disappoint me as you can easily go the motherboards support page and just download it for free. And lots of PC’s don’t have any kind of disk drive anyway. Mine included. I did get a slight upgrade. The motherboard I ordered wasn’t supposed to have WI-FI. I was looking at a few that had it but as I said, I have a very low budget. And I do have a WIFI / Bluetooth card I can stick into it. So it wasn’t the biggest deal for me. But this board has WI-FI. Which is pretty awesome. I haven’t actually put it in my PC yet, but it looks like it should work just fine. I will definitely update if I have any issues. I would definitely buy this again if I needed another board and I would definitely recommend it for someone looking the upgrade their computer on a tight budget. Thank you!!

   It works and had all the parts needed to make it work
   Not sure of the long term for it but the box arrived with 3D printed back panel, some aftermarket antenna, cpu bracket and sata cables. I was able to install the cpu, update the bios and have windows 11 on it. Ok value if you want to resurrect some older hardware as cheap as possible to pass it along to friend/child/parent who never seems to upgrade.

   Not As Advertised
   When i bought it is said new and not refurbished. It came in bad packaging, no original box which I like to display, and the IO shield was 3d printed.

   Nicer than expected
   The motherboard looks brand new and came with all the accessories. Everything works and was fully updated for ryzen 5000 series out of the box. I don’t think you can go wrong at this price. Also they sent me the wifi model as a bonus!
