Works for me.
I did quite a bit of research before buying this mower. The reasons I bought this one are
Itâs light weight enough for me to handle, it can be used to mulch or catch, the electric start is great because I can stop and start as many times as needed.
I find mowing with the cord is not a problem. The measurements of my yard indicated that a 50 ft cord should work, however if you attach it properly ( you should because mowing goes much smoother if you do) a few more feet are needed. So I use a 50ft cord and a 25ft cord. Get a really good cord. It keeps the machine and the cord from getting too hot . I made a plan for mowing from close to the house then farther out. Itâs like using a vacuum cleaner. I chose the corded over the cordless because the cordless ones a too expensive for me, they are heavier and every time Iâve bought a cordless tool the batteries end up giving me problems. This corded model starts every time. The power source is totally reliable.
The mower arrived assembled. All I had to do was open the handle and tighten the handle support. The only thing that I could complain about is the collection bag sometimes falls off, but when it does itâs usually time to empty it. The mower has a very easy handle to change the height. It takes about 10 seconds to change it to the needed height. Shipping was timely and packaging was very good. I have used the mower all summer and I am still very pleased.

Easy assembly. Great little mower. Incorrect screws.
Love this lightweight Black & Decker mower. It was easy to assemble, but it came with incorrect screws. I had to use screws lying around my house, but it works! My lawn grows TALL and THICK, and this mower runs through it all. Even for smaller yards, I recommend a 100-ft outdoor extension cord. I’m using a 50-ft cord, and it’s really inconvenient.

Perfect job
I am,so happy with this mower..heavy duty, accurate, spacious storage for the grass..
And since it is Corded you don’t need to worry about the battery life..
I am satisfied

Not a “Mower” because it doesn’t cut
This is the worst “mower” that I have ever used…push reel, power reel, gas rotary or electric rotary. It replaces a 20 year old electric rotary (can’t remember the brand) that I had to discard because of a cracked deck. My old mower was a 20″ cut. This one, while the largest at 17″, is still much more cumbersome and inconvenient to use. The pivot handle is useless, don’t bother with it. Be prepared to mow it in 4 different directions each mowing just to begin to get a smooth lawn. My lawn is well cared for, no crab grass, nice and green, no moss but this “mower” leaves streaks and because of the long deck and widely spaced wheels any bump in the surface either causes scalps or leaves uncut grass. I can’t give it any less than one star but I sure would if I could. I do give it 2 stars for lightweight, after all it is plastic. Don’t bother purchasing this mower, you’ll be sorry.

Awesome Mower
The unit was easy to assemble. You basically just attach the handle with four fasteners, plug the unit in to power, and start mowing.
I got mine after months of physical incapacitation that prevented me from properly maintaining my 3/4 acre lot’s lawn spaces. My grass was disgustingly out of control. In the back yard, it was well over waist-high.
This mower cut through that over-grown grass with no problem. At all.
The benefit of an electric motor is that it makes all the torque it can from zero rpm up. That is very useful when the job gets “tough” and I don’t think a mower like this would ever be asked to tackle anything “tougher” than the chronically overgrown lawn of my back garden. A typical gasoline-engine push mower would have suffered engine stalling when faced with what this Black and Decker unit was faced with.
It’s quiet. The handle is very comfortable. It leaves a nice, even cut.
Honestly, I can’t think of much negative to say about the unit. There is a lot of plastic involved in its construction -the entire mowing deck is plastic rather than metal like the common stamped steel decks found on gasoline engine push mowers. It seems sturdy in spite of this and, of course, plastic can’t rust.
It is a corded unit, and I had some concern about the cord providing the power being a tether that would just get in the way. A little minor planning of movement in tackling my yard space really made the power cord a non-issue in my use.
Time will tell how durable the unit is but it did convince me of one thing: I’m not going back to gasoline engines for push mowers. Electric power is far superior.

Workhorse BUT Broken
I loved this mower until it broke. This is lightweight and powerful and can handle any lawn. Easy set up out of the box. I am sad to say when I ran over a fallen branch it broke the mower. The plastic housing holding the blade to the deck broke and is no longer useable. My fault-but I will not be buying anymore mowers with plastic decks. Too bad as this was a great mower. It was quiet and easy to maneuver. If you are just cutting grass this is the mower to get. Make sure you don’t run over any rocks or wood larger than twigs. The high lift blades work really well. This would be a fantastic mower if it had a steel deck.

Lightweight
Lightweight. Easy to use. I wish it did not have to use the grass catch bag. If I didn’t grass would be in my face and everywhere else. Otherwise it’s great.

Works on VERY small lawns
I like it for my application. It leaves a few stragglers on those tough stalky weeds that invaded my rather small backyard but it’s such a small yard I and I have degenerative disc, so I didn’t want to yank a pull start to mow a 40×20 yard.
I only deduct 1 star because honestly the grass exhaust needs a redesign. If you don’t use the bag, and I don’t, it doesn’t expell clippings worth a dam. I prop the back trap door open a couple inches (where the bag attaches) but that gives me grassy legs when I mow. Here where I live, it’s dewy in the morning and my grass is always a tick damp when I mow it except on very rare occasions. It’s just to damp and humid, it never really dries the thick grass down low at cutting level. So it clogs. It could definitely discharge better

I was dubious, going from a 175cc gas powered beast to a small electric mower, but this little guy does the job and then some. It made short work of my very overgrown backyard and once Iâd gotten the hand of not running over the cord and electrocuting myself it was actually a breeze to use.
The weight of the thing is excellent and itâs far easier to manoeuvre around garden obstacles and through gates, itâs easier to use than my old power assisted one.
I did have to mow the lawn twice over, once on the longest setting and then shorter, to avoid the motor burning up but thatâs just because Iâve left it a month between mows due to my Toro exploding.
Great value and Iâm happy I gave it a go.

El ancho del corte se me hace el adecuado , avanza más rápido sobre todo en jardines medianos o grandes , y la agarradera es más cómoda para que se haga menos esfuerzo con las muñecas de las manos .

For the price, a very good lawnmower. Only downside is, you HAVE to attach the grass bag, otherwise, it shoots right into your legs.
