Great Phone and Even Better Customer Service!
The phone is very rugged and great if you are worried about dropping it as you do not need a separate case. I bought this for my 10 year old son knowing he would probably drop it a few times and it has held up. Getting the phone set up was a breeze and dealing with customer service was even better, Zoey is amazing to deal with and helped me with any issue we had.

No headphone port
I absolutely LOVE Blackview phones. My last 4 phones have been the rugged kind. They last forever and take whatever life throws at ya. They are worth every penny you pay without a doubt. That being said, I just got my newest Blackview phone and of all things I didnt think to make sure it had was a headphone port. Seriously?! What the crap!? So now I have to spend more money to get something else so i can use my headphones. Lame…. so very, very lame and inconvenient. Other than that little hum diddly stinker, its a great phone. But not 5 star great… I would need a headphone port for that rating. I am super annoyed about it. I didn’t realize that was a thing I needed to make sure my phone had. I sure will going forward.

Phone looks good and feels good graphics are good volume is excellent works on t mobile easy set up only complaint I have is that it’s a bit sluggish but the battery life makes up for it charged it at 10om last night it is currently 12.19 pm the next day and still has half a batterybest purchase ever

Well armored phone.
Phone has all the features I need. It’s easy to carry. It has protection that keeps it safe when I’m outside working. Best part is I can have both my numbers on one phone. That helps not having to keep up with two phones. Still new to the phone but first impression is a positive one. After a month with the phone I have some issues with it. First it’s slow and glitchey. Second it will not open links sent to you in an email. Third you can’t screen cast from this phone. So to add to my previous review I would tell you this phone is ok but not the best. I am not as happy with it as I feel I should be. I still like two sim slots but you would think the rest of the phone would be equal to that quality. So I’m revising my review.

Great phones. Great customer service
I have only used Blackview phones for almost 5 years now. Always the rugged models and they usually last me a year and a half on average. And, my phones tend to find themselves in so rough environments. Couple that with rugged phones under $200 and a higher priced model with Thermal Imagining . Long battery life. Check them for yourself.

Good for a month, then no longer charges.
UPDATE: I kinda figured the price was too good to be true. After about a month, the charging port stopped working completely. If this wasn’t an issue everything else would be honestly fairly good with it. But because it’s an off-brand type phone no one wanted to service or fix it. Unfortunately, I ended up having to spend way more on a new phone. Buyer beware.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve only had this for about a month but for the price it seems great so far. Also has micro SD card compatibility which is a MUST for me storing my massive music collective on it (I’m a DJ and it’s quite extensive). A lot of phones you’ll find in the mainline carriers stores don’t have micro SD card slots these days. If I were to buy a phone from T-Mobile themselves for instance with these capabilities or even less than the capabilities this one has, they would be FAR more expensive. One thing of note: The language starts out in German for whatever reason but if you can manage to parse through the settings to switch it to English or whatever language you need you have a fairly good functional phone without breaking the bank so it’s well worth it. Also, always make sure the phone supports the carrier you need which should be listed in the settings. I am happy with this purchase thus far.

I have a autistic 6yo who loves tech but is so clumsy and rough with everything! This phone is so durable and the battery lasts through All day use. This phone has been dropped 1000 times and is still in perfect shape and preforms like new.
