Luxury with a bit of Gearhead
The watch is large but wears really well on my wrist which is ~7 1/2 inches. I had to remove 4 links to get it to fit. It is stunning to look at and the gunmetal is perfect. I wound the watch and audited the accuracy and it was fast by 7 seconds over the course of 24 hours with 12 hours on the wrist. The luminosity of the dial at night works well enough for me but some may like it brighter. The second hand sweep has a jitter but I find that to be a signature for mechanical movements and that brings a sense of nostalgia to it. I hope others can purchase it with the same experience.

    Amazing buy
I bought is watch on an impulse and don’t regret it one bit. I love the way it looks and feels. The time is always very accurate and I haven’t had any issues with the moment at all. All in all a top notch time piece. I love it and would recommend to any watch collector.

    Awesome
Spectacular watch. Really good reflective glass. The weight of the watch is nice, brilliant shine on the bracelet . Beautiful dial,Very cool to watch the movement . I haven’t seen a watch like this one

Budget Watch That Doesn’t Look Budget
I really like the look of this Classic watch! Even the name oozes class: Bulova Classic Maquina Rose. I’m not here to talk about the name though. I wanted a mechanical watch, good looking, that I can use as an every day watch, and one that could be dressed up a bit. I think most would agree that this watch handles both aspects. Plus it’s skeletonized, so it’s cool looking at some of the watches movement. I like this watch a lot, and hope it lasts me a long time!

    Money Well-spent
Beautiful timepiece at a great price. The angles are sleek. The movement is hypnotizing. The Minimalistic simplicity of the face is perfectly juxtaposed by the gears behind it. I find watches with too many dials and tick marks to be excessive and gaudy. The combination of matte and polished metal creates a perfect daily driver that can be dressed up or down. I am very satisfied with this purchase. One pro I didn’t see mentioned is the crown placement. Having it off center helps keeping it from pinching you when you flex your wrist. Very big pro if you have small wrists.
There are 3 bad reviews at the time which should be ignored. Two don’t understand that a mechanical watch must be wound to keep time, and the third doesn’t realize you can manually wind it to keep it ticking overnight if your arm movements during the day were inadequate.
There are a few valid complaints, but they are by no means deal-breakers. The hands are a little hard to find sometimes, but you’ll easily get used to looking for the glow-in-the-dark white lines. The second hand seems to move erratically at times, but overall keeps time well. A date dial would be nice, but I am not a fan of having to manually set the date after non-31-day months, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a mechanical watch with a perpetual calendar at this price point.

    Favorite watch
    Works great and looks great

Better than my Tag Kirium and that’s sayin sometbing
Fantastic watch and at least an equal to my Tag Hauer Kirium Sport
I had serious reservations about any watch other than one I spent over 1k for. I worried that I would miss some feature or rugged build if I spent less
I was an idiot. This watch was sub 300 and is an excellent time piece!
The mechanical complications are cool. The glass face is sapphire crystal so it is extremely scratch proof, and the material for the casing is solid block and very sturdy.
The clasp is double lock and looks magnificent!
The face is big but not comically huge like some time pieces. I like some size but I do not need a wrist appliance!
    Fit and finish are excellent!
It is waterproof and I have been snorkeling with no issues.
Finally the face is easy to read and the flow in the dark accents register quickly to the eye although it does not last all night

    Perfect for the price!
What an amazing find. I saw this watch on a recommended list of the top 30 watches at any price point, and we couldn’t be happier with it. Looks so much more expensive than it is. The black stainless is stunning — sporty and dressy and sophisticated all at the same time. Since this was a gift, I was worried about the face being too large but it’s perfect. And we had to go to a jeweler to remove a few sections to fit. Worth it. Gorgeous!

Relógio muito bonito, atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. Podem comprar, é um excelente Relógio.

Beautiful ..elegant extremely well designed time piece.
Very solid and heavy, built like a tank !
Yes worth the price. Thankyou bulova.

  12. Soban

This watch was my very first automatic watch and gosh was it worth getting.
It’s very well made, the rubber strap is really good, it’s water resistance is a reassuring, and oh yea did I mention it’s beautiful.
It doesn’t make much noise, definitely isn’t very noticeable as you go on with your daily life.
It is original, I did have it checked, and other than its fairly accurate as well for its movement.
It’s slightly heavier than other watches, which is to be expected as it’s fairly large as compared to many other watches. Which brings me onto my next point, do your due diligence, measure your wrist and see if it won’t look too big because this is a large watch.
