Awesome Bike Trailer
Have been taking my son out on bike rides with this trailer. Good rain protection, we didnt get seriously dumped on but a light rain didnt get through windscreen or canopy material. The hitch connection for the axle comes with the Bee and is very easy to hook up. Hitch connection is flexible and very secure with a safety tether that loops around the bike frame. The hitching tongue connection is also very secure. This little buggie is lightweight, easy to collapse and seems very safe. Solid construction.
Another great feature is the trunk. Nice for storing gear or water and snacks, toys etc.
Very good product for the price.

Ultimate Easy-To-Use Toddle Bike Carrier
Love this bike carrier for our toddler. Iâve been researching different brands and models for a bike carrier since last September, and I knew based on reviews and brand reputation that this was the right one for our son. I was new to cycling and wanted something durable, portable, comfortable and stylish. The Burley Bee is the total package for a toddler bike trailer if you donât need the versatility of having a stroller as well. Itâs easy to fold and transport in a small car (takes less than 3 minutes to detach, fold, and stow away safely) but itâs also well built and durable and seems very dependable. The carrier is smooth on the road and the bike paths I have been on so far. The extra storage space in the back is great also, and our son absolutely LOVES going on bike rides with me now. He actually asks to go every day, no matter what the weather is like. I rode when it was chilly out (45-50°) and he stayed warm with the wind/rain guard down. I have not used it in the rain, but not because I donât think it would do well, itâs because I donât want to ride in the rain⦠Overall, worth the money and I am very happy with this purchase. I wish I wouldâve bought this when it was on sale last winter ($50 off).

Great trailer, worth it
Got the single seater, and it’s excellent. Easy to set up, pull, etc, and my daughter seems very comfortable – she loves going for rides! The storage space is perfect for our backpacks as we head to preschool/work.
We got this as a replacement for a very old two-seater Burly Bee. We got it second hand more than 5 years ago and if we and the previous owners had both taken care of it better (keep covered, inside garage, replace tires), I think it would still be in great condition. Really, it would still be fine if I replaced the wheels and fixed some netting (just sun bleached). So yes, I’d say Burly Bee ages we’ll and is well worth the cost. The improvements on the new model seem great, easier to use and absolutely as durable.

Great Bike Trailer
This bike trailer was easy to assemble and great quality. It is easy to fold up and store in original box after use as well. You could haul children, pets, and even groceries in this thing. Would recommend.

Better than a bike seat
This is a great product. Wife hauls the kid everywhere with this. Light weight, easy hookup, and because it’s a pull along, the kid doesn’t cause stability issues like on a bike mounted seat.
Great weather protection and sun shade.
Like it a lot.

High quality, rides well and safe
Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. The quality is great, it’s easy to set up, rides well and I feel comfortable that my not-quite-two year old daughter is safe.
The Burley trailers are all a little pricey, but I was able to get this one at a slight discount around the holidays. I had also been eyeing a competitor’s product (Schwinn) that reviewed very well and was much less expensive, but their lack of information or photos made me nervous. The reviews on the Burley were all solid, with the only real complaint being that it wasn’t cheap. They also provided a significant amount of details on how it was designed and how it would keep your child safe. I was convinced and paid a little extra.
We’ve ridden well over 100 miles so far, and it’s gone well. My daughter was afraid of it at first, and she still won’t let me close the front cover, but she really enjoys riding with me (as long as I keep the flap open, of course!). The seat belts seem comfortable and secure, and she’s fully enclosed by the metal frame. I did buy the supplemental seat pad, although I can’t tell how much it helps, as she’s fallen asleep mid-ride both with and without it. The hitch allows the bike to lean, which is convenient for stopping, and should prevent the trailer from flipping in the event that I fall over. The trailer is easy to break down and set up, and there are extra failsafes on both ends of the hitch connector to ensure that the trailer never breaks loose from the bike. There’s also plenty of storage space in the back, so I usually keep my sneakers in there and put on my biking shoes, and also throw some snacks, toys and extra clothing/blankets in there.
The only real detriment, other than the somewhat high price, is that her head gets pushed forward a little bit by the helmet. There is a pouch of loose material on the back panel where her head rests, but the seatbelt straps run up to the top and keep her head somewhat forward. Otherwise, I don’t think there are any other drawbacks. If you like riding and have kids, I’d highly recommend it.

I received the item with damaged. I informed manufaturer but they told me it was shipping damaged and contact retailer. There was no debris and broken pieces in the bag and the box came with it was intact no damaged and i believed it was packaged with broken piece from manufacturer.

Previously bought a Thule trailer that didnât fit my ebike which has a 12mm axel. The burly on the other hand fits perfectly. I use it to take my 6 year old son around and he loves it. He hasnât complained about the bumpiness so the large wheels are working great. Excellent purchase.

Excellent trailer with loads of storage
Great because two kids fit comfortably, I have a 7 and 3 year old. With helmets they bonk a little bit fit well. You get storage pockets that work wonders for water and snacks, and the back is like a trunk ! I store the 7 year olds bike (sticking out) for riding at our destination.
Assembly was very easy, and this folds flat and is very light. Easy to haul into and out of house.
The rubber hook up is great I had doubts till riding with it and works well, no creaks or fear
I bomb down hills with kids in tow for fun confidently ! Great tool for the family and well worth the price
