I purchased this air fryer because I wanted one with dual baskets that was not super expensive. I have only used this product about 5 times so far, but I am definitely satisfied with it. Right now, it still has a fairly strong smell that emanates when the machine is turned on, but I anticipate that it will decrease with more uses. I really like having two separate baskets – you can set the baskets to different temperatures and for different cook times, which is great. The maximum temperature the air fryer goes up to is 400 degrees F, however, I wish it went up to 450. It does heat up quickly and is easy to clean. It is also very easy to add extra cooking time when needed. It is fairly compact, even though it has two baskets. I have limited counter space, so the size was an important consideration for me as well. The baskets are each a good size – if I had more space, I would have preferred slightly larger baskets, but they are sufficient for most meals. The only feature I do not like is that it beeps repeatedly with a “shake” message every couple of minutes. Overall, I think this a great dual fryer option for the price.

I bough this few month back and since then i pretty happy of my choice. 2 baskets is great i can cook fries in one and chicken in second. Also it is dishwasher friendly, so u can clean it just don’t forget to remove inserts and take those rubber things out and u good to go

Good product, but a couple of design failures
From a functionality standpoint, this is an excellent product. The ability to sync baskets (program one and then sync the other basket) and sync end times (enter different cook times and then have both finish at the same time) is excellent. The ability to change temperature from the default 400 degrees, visual displays, and other cooking options are also quite good.From a mechanical standpoint however, this product has a very poor design. The basket racks have 4 little rubber feet, and these have a tendency to fall off. This can happen when washing them in the sink (and the rubber feet then go down the drain) or in the dishwasher (the feet go down the dishwasher drain). To their credit, ChefMaster knows about the problem since their manual offers to send you new ones when the existing ones fall off and get lost. This does not happen to Ninja products, so why didnât ChefMaster fix this design failure?Another issue is that the basket racks do not stay in the basket when you tilt the basket to remove the cooked food. Somewhat disconcerting when you tilt the basket over to pour out the food only to have the basket rack fall out on top of the food or bounce off and land on the floor. At 400 degrees its not something that you want to pick up with bare hands, either. So why did ChefMaster not make the rubber feet fit just a little bit better to prevent this problem? Good question, and another reason to downgrade the rating from 5 to 3 stars.
