Better than your bed at home!
I camp… alot. Now that I’m retired I camp 3 or 4 months a year when the weather is tolerable. I have slept on an air mattress mostly, but they can be hard getting up and down. I also have a nice cot that I sometimes use, pretty comfy but very loud. I just took a chance on this after a few uncomfortable nights and I am so glad I did. It is just the exact size of a twin bed, so all my linens fit much better. By raising the bed, I could now store some items underneath, which is a big bonus in a tent. It was fast and easy to set up, every single thing is included, even a pump which uses 4 D batteries (not included). To set it up you just unfold the metal frame, inflate the mattress, insert it into the zippered pocket on the frame and you’re done. Once the mattress is zipped in it is as stable as any bed in your house. One thing I hadn’t appreciated was the effect of the air mattress with the cot. Since cots somewhat mold to your body adding an air mattress causes it to do the same. It sort of gently hugs around you like the seat of a sports car. Very nice for sleeping. I also like that if your air mattress goes flat, you are still super comfy in a big cot. The air mattress is easily replaced and you are back to golden. Negatives… this thing weighs as much as my tent ! It’s heavy, bulky, awkward , and I don’t even care. Worth it. Also, I wish it locked into place when folded out. If you move it around you have to be cautious with the legs. I saw a lot of complaints about how loud it was, but Coleman must have addressed this because mine was nearly silent. I can’t imagine you would regret this purchase

MAINLY PROS – would definitely recommend
I was really hesitant to purchase this because of the cost. My sister and her 9 year old daughter slept on it. The size is great even for adults. They said it was comfy. Seems to be durable and built well. If it is on hardwood I will say put something down or it will slide & it is colder as their is nothing below beside air. So place a comforter below the fitted sheet so the sleepers can keep warm. Folds up easy AND moves easy HOWEVER requires its share of storage space. I like this much better than the double layer blow up mattress.

Great camping cot for its price point!
After reading several of the recent negative reviews I decided I would post one to help shoppers understand this cot before buying. In summary it is a great cot if you are looking for a 2 person cot with added comfort.1. Construction: Heavy duty but not to heavy. There is no doubt that this cot can support the weight it claims.2. Frame setup: Setup was easy. The first time took me a couple extra seconds to figure out the frame does not lock into place. This is by design to add extra flexibility in setting up on uneven surfaces. Without the mattress it is easy and light enough for one person to set up. The reviews that criticize the setup seem to be written by people who do not understand a queen size cot is twice size of a typical cot and will be slightly harder to expand. However its well within reason. It comes with a built in mattress holder which keeps the mattress centered on the cot and prevents it from slipping off. It also adds a thin layer of insulation. The cup holders / end table are a nice touch and attach easily. They come with an additional bag (separate) to keep the folding arms from coming into contact with the mattress or frame when in the carry bag.3. Mattress setup: At first I felt the air pump may be a little weak for the mattress. It’s a battery powered inflator to avoid the necessity of needing power when rustic camping. The mattress itself is study enough for a cot design. Printed clearly on the mattress is the information that the mattress will stretch and need to be re-inflated. My wife and I set this up in advance and spent an hour laying / bouncing on it and re-inflating it. At the end of the hour the mattress was much firmer even with the battery pump and you could not feel the center metal bar with only one person on the mattress and the mattress filled out the cot mattress holder nicely. I fully expect to repeat this process when camping as it takes quite a bit of time for an air mattress to stretch to its final position. Filling the mattress is easy. There are 2 sealing devices that need to be opened. The first is the cap which you pull out. The second is the air spout itself pops out. Once this is done, insert the air pump. You will have to hold it with your hands in place against the mattress air spout. This is the only part I did not like as I know it could be designed better. It takes about 90 seconds for the mattress to fill. Once full, and with the air pump still attached and on you pop the air spout in. This seals off the secondary seal, allowing you to snap the primary seal shut without losing any significant (if any at all) amount of air. I believe this part is where a lot of people have issues. Without properly sealing both you can lose air both when removing the air pump and while sleeping during the night4. Breakdown: This was fast. 90 seconds to deflate the mattress. 90 seconds to fold the air mattress. 90 seconds to collapse the cot and insert into the bag. All in all with the cup holders and putting it into the bag correctly it takes about 6 – 7 minutes to break down and store.Overall I am very happy with the product. I believe most of the negative reviews are written by those who do not read instructions and / or realize what they have purchased and which should be expected.

    Love it!
I’m going to give you the good and honest truth… are you ready? Ok.This bed gets the job done. If you need a place to sleep, other than on a cold hard floor or some damp underbrush… then this is for you. Things this bed will not do:1. Cure your lumbar stenosis and chronic back pain2. Grow your hairline back to youthful times3. Be a talking piece for visitors in your living roomLet’s have realistic expectations. This is a cot… it’s not a Serta or a Tempurpedic. There is no memory foam in it. It doesn’t have gels and spring coils that adjust to your weight and body heat. This is an air bed on a cot. It sets up rather quickly and efficiently, everything about it makes sense. It’s a space saver, it travels well, stores well, it even looks attractive. I love that the air bed fits neatly into a zippered sheet attached to the cot. I love being elevated off the ground a reasonable bit which makes getting in and out of the bed effortless, also lifts you up above from the goodnessknowswhats… I use this bed at work, because when I work the night shift I like to lay down and since my employer refuses to budge on giving me access to a sleep room I had to make it work. I actually like this bed better that the bed in the call room because at least I know where it has been and I can assure the sheets are clean and haven’t been washed in a chemical waste of toxic detergents. I sleep good at night.I’m 5’11 and 138 pounds. My feet’s hang off the edge but I’m still comfortable. I could be upright in a chair bobbing my head back and forth. It’s been three nights and I’m leaving work every morning with a smile from ear to ear, staff says I’m glowing, little do they know ;)The air pump, looks like a toy, but who am I to judge. It hasn’t failed me yet, when it does I’ll let y’all know. For now… I’m going to sleep.

Muy comodo y facil de transportar y armar

The plastic mattress is noisy when turning or moving even with additional bedding but overall a great item. Easy and sturdy. The mattress doesn’t shift around.

Overall, I am really satisfied with this package. Here are my pros and cons:Pros:- easy to set up, you basically just unfold it.- pump included, it is generic but works- nice valve on the mattress, Coleman has these valves that close with a cap but also by popping the valve in which makes it easy to close while still pumping air in- the mattress cover keeps the mattress in place- you can store bins that are a foot tall under the cot to save space in a tent.- Sturdy- All fits into the case (you have to take the mattress out of the cover, but it all fits easy)Cons:- the mattress cover is sewn onto the cot fabric itself. I think you could remove the whole thing to wash it but it might be nice to have the mattress cover detach for easy washing. Though, this might make the mattress move on the cot more… I really don’t know.- It is heavy (read product specs). This makes it very sturdy but you aren’t getting a lightweight cotAlso, I fit this (barely) into a 4 person tent that was 5 feet tall. There wasn’t a lot of spare space, but the whole thing is about 2 feet tall assembled, so it would work well in taller tents to save space and store stuff underneath. Just protect your tent floor! Very happy with the product

Camping in BellTent. Good height as we are seniors.

We loved our new camping bed! Easy to set up, the pump with D batteries is too slow, we used a power blower to inflate quicker. The side tables are a great added extra.
