  1. Blue Adept

Only wheels that I could find that work with electric bicycles.
The positives:- Very Heavy Duty. The components are not light weight like the other Training wheels I have tried.- Work on my wife’s electric bike. After trying many different training wheels, I found that these are the only ones that don’t mount to the rear axle. With electric bikes, they have a wire coming out of the axle that don’t allow you to mount other wheels.- Very well made. The parts are all quality. They even though of caps to cover the screw threads so you don’t injure yourself.- Good instructions. It was fairly easy to put together and the instructions where easy to followThe negatives:- Price. These are EXPENSIVE when it comes to Training Wheels, but when others don’t work and you want a quality product, these are it.- Width the training wheels stick out quite a bit. They are very stable, but does cause issues in tight spaces.

    Super sturdy reliable
Single person install was a bit hassle in start like filling air , searching wrench size. But it worked out soon I kept going.OMG I can ride bike first time in life. Little difficultyIn taking turns, I hope once my balance is ok then I will move balancing wheels a little further up. I am sure it will work.Very promising product, price is still on higher side.

Great product with a couple oddities
My kids are pretty tall and post-pandemic late bloomers, they’re too big for little kid bikes, and they don’t like balance bikes. I bought my son an REI REV CTY 24 and a Trek Precaliber 24 for my daughter. This kit worked on both bikes, although it was a little tight with the Trek. The kit was easy to install, is very adaptable, and came with all parts. One oddity was the two kits had slightly different gauge nuts and bolts. Also, both my standard bike pump and portable one were too big to get between the spokes to inflate the tires. I wound up using a soccer ball pump I happened to have laying around with a short hose that screwed on the valve. The kids are cruising now though.

    Awesome product, great stability
Ordered for my son who has ASD, and balance issues. Attached to a Ebike very easy for a Christmas present. Could not be happier with the product, they are very strong (he feels safe at 20 mph), they meet 100% at the ground on a 26″ mountain bike on lowest setting. We have put about 35 miles on the bikes so far, had to bend them in a little for spread after cornering at lowest setting, and tighten the bolts after second ride but stayed true since. I wish i would have found these long ago!

  5. Happy customer and wife

Great to build confidence, just need to take care setting them up
Bought this for my wife’s bike. She use to ride a lot, but then developed a bad back, had surgery and we started riding a tandem (which is a lot of fun). After 20 years of not riding solo, we bought an e-bike for her. She had problems starting off, was lacking confidence, and would fall.I bought these as the training wheels would allow her to build her confidence and maybe start riding solo again. The first time out I set it up so the training wheels were almost touching the road on both sides. We started off in a fairly flat parking lot and after a few starts and stops she seemed to have gotten the hang of it. Then we went on the paved trail at the end of the parking lot. Once on it she had a hard time going in a straight line. There was a slight slope to the paved trail, such that if the bike was upright the training wheel on the high side of the trail was touching and forcing her to steer into it, and would lean the bike the wrong way. At one point the slope was to much and she had a hard time steering and fell over. Two days later we were back. I raised the wheels up two slots, and we went back to the parking lot. I rode it around myself first to make sure the training wheels did not touch when steering. Now when she turned in the parking lot, the wheels did not touch. On the bike path they did not touch on the sloped surface.Oddly enough, the second time out, each time she started and stopped the training wheels were not touching, so in reality they were not needed. On the whole 5 mile ride I do not think the wheels touched except when she was parked. However they do provide her a sense of security, so we will keep them until she is confident she does not need them anymore. So while it appears we do not need them, the money was well spent in giving her the confidence to getting back on the bike again.

    Stabilizer not very stable
After ending up in the ditch and 4 adjustments in heights…when my husband fell over…I knew these wheels would not work for him.

Would not work with lectric XP Step-Thru
Seems to be well made but does not work with lectric XP Step-Thru, both 2.0 and 3.0. While attempting to install it, found out some parts come out too far out and would not stay in a usable way. If the back bar to the rear wheel was lower it might have worked, but all lectric ebikes have same design so I don’t think it would work on any lectrics. I saw one review that got this on an ebike I am guessing it is a different brand like Jeston or Rad.

Bought These For My Special Needs Daughter
Bought these for my daughter. She is 21 years old, with a small child mentality. She enjoys outdoor activities and asked for a trike or bicycle. We made it happen. Got these training wheels in today for her 26 inch bike. Installed them in about 20 minutes and she’s a happy camper. It did give her the stability she needed.

Our handicapped son (downs syndrome) had been using a three-wheel bike and I felt it was time to upgrade to a regular bike and training wheels with the hope of eventually getting rid of training wheels altogether. The problem was regular training wheels were not sturdy enough to manage his size and body weight (he is in his mid teens’ weights over 100 pounds). I researched adult bike training wheels, came across these, and thought I’d give them a shot. It was money well spent. Took about a half hour to put together, very simple to assemble. He was buzzing around the cul-de-sac shortly after I got the unit assembled, excited about his new ride. The only thing was it was missing one of the small nuts (I had some spares myself so I was okay) and I added a washer to the bolt and nut which attaches the wheel to the arm of the training unit. An Allen wrench would have been nice (I have tools but not everyone may who purchases this product). The bike pictured has a14″ frame with a 24″ tire. It would be considered a small adult bike.Well worth the money I spent on the unit. It was very exciting to see how much joy our son had with this and am looking forward to spending some time with him cruising around the neighborhood. 🙂

Very strong stabilizers and I am quite a heavy person. Takes a bit of getting used to when turning a bend. Need to take a wider berth. Both wheels aren’t on the ground at the same time. They have really helped with my confidence. I have attached them to an E bike, which I can’t touch the ground. or find the battery charger!! I’m in my 50’s and just want to get fit again.

I never learned to ride a bike as a kid and also have very bad balance now as an adult. Tried shopping for a trike but they’re very hard to find where I live. Decided to try these as a last resort and I’m pretty pleased with them! I’m able to ride now for the first time in my life and it’s awesome! They are sturdy and are able to support my weight, I’m 250lbs and they are working great so far for keeping me from tipping over. Have only been using them for a short while so far so can’t speak on how they’ll stand the test of time but so far so good. Very easy to install. Would recommend these for sure if you’re unable to ride a regular bike.

The product was poor quality. The tyres got punctured 4 times in the one month we tried to use.The U clamps were wrong sized, and was a struggle getting it fixed.I feel, Amazon should stop marketing such poor quality products.
