The echo chainsaw did not meet my expectations. I received on August 18,and returned it on Monday August 22nd. The chainsaw blade will not turn. The chainsaw brake would not engage. The product should be back in your possession by now

My go to saw
We have 23 acres we have been developing from RA land for our homestead, and stupid me ran my old cs-310 over with tractor. I had the original for 9 years only replacing drive gear 1 time. I have since replaced the body of old saw, but needed a replacement RIGHT AWAY! I have a cs-680 and cs-590 for large trees, but 80% of the time I use the 310. Itâs lighter and doesnât fatigue my old butt for all day use. Get good chains, and itâll not let you down

Thin kerf, trick blade geometry, cuts nicely.
This light-weight thin-kerf whizzer cleared up a massive rotten hackberry tree on two charges. Cuts a long time, cuts clean, sharpens nicely and I will not hesitate to do pruning on large, mature fruit tree limbs on a ladder with this luxuriously light kit. Wear all the safety gear like a full face plate but no ear protection needed. Grateful. Brush sawdust out of all the nooks and crannies after use and keep bar oil topped up and carry on! ECHO gas weed whacker brought trust for this gear and it’s proven to be a quality item.

Leaks bar oil
Within one hour all the bar oil leaks out.
Will not start. I have used this twice, now it will not start. Perhaps it is the fuel mixture, but it is showing spark and maybe fuel is not making it to the chamber. I have tried quick start spray but nothing. Plug looks good. Not happy.

Great little saw.
My wife and I process about three cords of wood a year. I cut down the trees from our property and need a small chainsaw for limbing them out. I have an Echo CS 490 for felling and love that saw as well but I’m 65 and it’s a bit heavy for lugging around a lot. The CS 310 fits the bill perfectly. Starts easy and every time. It also came with an Oregon chain so no cheapo. It has a 5 year homeowner waranty. You wont regret buying one.
