Fun to ride and easy to assemble
This is my first electric scooter. At first I didn’t have high expectations. I just wanted try out. Surprisingly, it’s so much fun! Although it’s a bit heavy, but feels very stable. The speed is just right for me, and the breaks respond quickly. Assembly and operation are simple and user-friendly that only took me 15 minutes to setup. I didn’t use the app to control so not sure about whether is good or not.The foldable design makes it convenient for storage. It’s a bit too big for kids under 10 to control the speed and handle the weight, but over 10 should be fine. Overall, we really like it! The price is reasonable as well.

This review is for the 10â Dual Suspension version of this listing.Fit & Finish â Better than expected with good powder coating and impressive welding at joints.Assembly â only need to attach the handle bar with four screws, two in the front, two in the back with the included Allen wrench. Two other Allen wrenches are included as well as a couple extra handle bar screws. The folding ability is nice and works well.Controls â Right-hand thumb throttle, hands grips are OK, left-hand brake lever and bell. There is a single button at the center of the handle bar. Long press 3 seconds to power on/off the scooter. When powered on, short press to power on/off the headlights. When powered on, double short press to switch drive modes. What is lacking and I donât like is the ability to activate the cruise control solely from the scooter.Drive Modes â ECO-max speed 7.5 mph, COMFORT-max speed 11 mph, SPORT-max speed 25 mph (per manual) So, you can limit your speed just by changing modes.Braking â E-ABS in the front and drum brake in the rear. These brakes work very well at slowing and stopping the scooter with control.Ride & Range â Since I received the scooter at the onset of Winter Iâve only been able to ride it a few times so canât attest to the full range. The scooter is front wheel drive and does get up and go but does struggle a bit on inclines. The shock absorbers are a nice feature at absorbing some bumps.Vicont App â the app could use some work and is little buggy. You can only activate cruise control through the app and the kickstart/zero start mode to start the motor. However, once those modes are set, the scooter will remember the setting and remain. Broken scooter!
Absolutely do not recommend. Iâve had the scooter for less than two months. It just stopped working. I have rode it not even a handful of times. The scooter will not turn off and there is a P sign on it. The scooter wonât even move. I will write another review if they make this right.

Misleading details
The product does not have the range or the speed advertised. Plus, when I asked for a price guarantee after noticing three days after I bought it, a like model being sold for almost $100 cheaper, the company tried to say is it the same model? On the plus side, it is a sturdy functioning electric scooter. However, the app that comes with it constantly can’t find a connection to the device and it’s very glitchy. But I guess you get what you pay for. If you’ve got the extra money, spend it on a Ninebot.
