Excellent and Versatile Speakerphone Device
Based on my research and then after testing this device, the eMeet Luna is the best bang for the buck out there on a speakerphone device. I like to use it plugged directly into the USB port on my laptop. No need to worry about the battery running out or wireless signal getting interrupted. But I love that if I want to go on the road, I can pop the USB dongle into the laptop and go wireless in just a few seconds. I also love that I can have this plugged into the USB slot and working with my computer while ALSO being connected to my cell phone via Bluetooth simultaneously! No need to switch. Just stays connected to both! Take a Teams all on my computer? No problem. Cell phone rings? No problem. Back and forth all day with no issues!
Sound quality out of the puck speaker is excellent for calls. With the Bluetooth connection to my phone, I even played a few Spotify tunes. It is possible in a pinch, but it won’t win any awards for music fidelity. Better to stick with a speaker made for music. Still, it’s handy if you need it, maybe to play a youtube video or something.
I do have Voice AI enabled but after testing with another party on a Teams Call (both of us had the eMeet Luna), neither of us can tell when the feature is enabled/disabled. I have a fan running in the background and regardless of the Voice AI setting, you can’t hear it. The fact is, the noise cancellation seems to be good either way.
The buttons on the Luna are very functional and well laid out. I appreciate having the call answer/hang up button. Also the large “mute” button right in the middle with the volume buttons on each side is very handy. The visual indicators for mute and volume level are also well thought out.
The best compliment for the microphones (there are 3 arranged in a triangle) is that folks on the other side of any call think I’m talking into a wired headset. When testing with another person who had the Luna over a teams call, we both spoke free and easy in full-duplex (at the same time) and it was as if we were in the same room together. We both sounded great from a microphone pick-up / speaker output standpoint.
I review products and write product review articles in my spare time. But I bought this one on my own and I love it! So I thought I would throw this quick and dirty review out there. Hoping it helps someone save some $$$.
If anything changes in the long-term, I’ll update the review.

Overall good sound quality and volume
I purchased for use in small meetings when a speaker or speaker phone is needed. I have used in in small meetings in a boardroom setting and found it works well. If you were to use this in a large meeting room, it may not be loud enough for all to hear.

Initial thoughts: amazing (updated)
Latest update: their customer service ream contacted me, and they are very responsive. Following their instructions to see if it will fix the issue. They said theyâd refund or send a replacement if the instructions didnât fix the issue.
It definitely is a very nice, well-constructed product when it was working, so I definitely hope this works.
Updated:
The phone often doesnât work. Itâs made calls frustrating. Thatâs unacceptable.
The build quality is great (aluminum, not plastic), and it looks nice. More importantly: so far, itâs performed exactly as needed. I have a lot of white noise going in my place, and would have to turn my various fans and ac off when taking or making calls.
The voice AI (you have to enable the option) seems to do a great job filtering background noise, as no one seems to have had an issue hearing me. Also as important: I can hear the person clearly. Sometimes Iâve turned a fan off just to concentrate more on a call, but that was personal preference, and not a shortcoming of the speaker; itâs loud enough.
For the price (around $65 at time of writing), itâs a great value.

It really does work very well, even in a 30′ long conference room
We had an old bluetooth speaker used for meetings with 20-25 people seated around a long table. The speaker/mic was at one end near the person conducting the meeting, and the people on the call had trouble hearing people at the far end. With this EMEET system + an extension cable to extend the microphone even further, I can put the satellite mic way down the table and get good coverage for everyone in the room. The people calling in tell me they have no issues hearing anyone anywhere in the room, even the soft spoken people. And, the remote people sound good to us, too. I’d recommend this speaker set.

works well in a large conference room
I support the board of a college foundation, and since covid 19, we have offered a hybrid meeting model, which the board members appreciate and utilize. The trickiest aspect of this model is the A/V quality for the remote participants. We were hiring a company that was costing us $3k/ meeting and then I found this product. I ordered two of the speakers with the daisy chain cable and it works great! This product is literally saving us THOUSANDS of dollars and is so easy to use, anyone can set up the sound equipment for the meeting like a pro. The battery life is great, and with the active noise canceling, the speaker is so versatile. You can use them in any meeting setting, really. The tips I would give are 1) Keep the microphones spread as far apart as possible to prevent feedback/overly robitic sounding. If your space is a little smaller and you are getting weird results, try unplugging the satellite mic. overall, great product!

Have not extensively used yet, initial usage shows it is a good piece of products as it is advertised.

Everything is good with this product, except MS teams integration. You canât use the call accept button on the device to accept the call. You need to accept from the app itself.

Positive
> great connectivity
> portable
> voice is clear and people on the other end can her you clearly when you are near
> AI noise cancellation is good but not great
Negative
>Mute button does not work on team so there is confusion lot of times.
> even you are little far(3 feet) others complain that it feels voice is coming from well with echo.
>Little costly as cost in US is half the amount I paid

The quality is quite good, and itâs worth the price when discounted. Itâs also significantly cheaper than many other popular competitors.
