No more Foxtails in my socks!!
California has a lot of overgrown foxtail weeds on the trails. Before purchasing these shoes I would have to spend 15 minutes after each MTB ride pulling foxtails from my socks and inside of my shoes etc. I am happy to say that I no longer have to do this after every ride which is worth the price of these shoes alone.I know many reviews both on Amazon and the Adidas site have said to go up or down a 1/2 size with this shoe and I guess I’m lucky that the normal size that I wear fits perfect. Having worn basic shoes before getting these it’s obvious right away how incredible the pedal grip is now. Also, the firm sole definitely increases the power transfer which I noticed right away climbing a hill.After receiving these shoes the first day I planned to hit the trails I was lucky to have some light rain before and during my ride. I was able to go through mud and a few shallow streams and came back with happy dry feet!!Having a great helmet is a necessity….having great shoes might be a luxury..but once you have these you’ll never regret your purchase. The price is steep but getting these on sale for $117 shipped made it too hard to pass up. Love these shoes!!

Excellent flats
Due to a 2020 L4/5 issue my left ankle rolls outward with a weakened neural connection. The muscles are fine but signals from the brain and back don’t seem to transmit well, so I thought no more long walks or hiking for me. I’ve probably spent $600 on various boots and running shoes, but they all are over designed for arch support, which pushes my ankle outwards. It typically felt like I could trip over a pine cone. This summer while mountain biking I noticed how my flat carbon lined (Scott AR) shoes didn’t seem to cause me as much problem, and under this idea I purchased the Five Tens. These flat shoes have been a Godsend! I’m walking almost normally at this point and the ankle wrap around helps as well. I’ve ordered a second pair, and will try to see what they are like on the trail. I feel 100% more secure and without a fear of falling now. We’ll see how they do as the weather gets cold and wet.

Cold weather here I come!!!
I just got these for mountain biking and itâs awesome. Fits as expected (size 7) and really warm. The goretex lining makes a huge difference. Paired with wool socks I think I can definitely go a couple hours when itâs especially cold. Rode in 45 degree weather and it was warm so I canât wait for it to get colder.Itâs goretex so itâs also waterproof. If youâre on the fence and can get this shoe for less than $150 itâs a good buy.

Ride with Comfort
I purchased these shoes for my husband to use when he rides his bike. I wasn’t sure what to expect but he really likes them. He said they are so comfortable which allows him to ride with ease. Definitely worth purchasing.

Great quality! Fit true to size. Perfect wet weather shoe! Feet are dry from wet riding conditions in fall, winter and spring. Low top non gore tex for the summer season.

Not a wide shoe
I have 4eee wide feet with a high instep and could not get either foot (size 9) into the shoes. However, the quality looks good so I wish they would have fit. No problems on the return via Kohls.

This shoe is pretty light and the flexible top cuffis light , flexible and effective at keeping crapOut of ankle area . Well Designed for MTB .Nice price too. I would rate width at semi wide .
