1660 Super is SUPER for improving my computer!
I have a Lenovo desktop, model M720T with a Gold G5400 Intel I-3 CPU. This card literally cranked up this computer more than I could have hoped. I had read and studied that this card is a perfect compliment to this CPU as neither one will choke the other so to speak. I have Plex, and was having serious stress issues with the CPU being maxed out trying to keep up with the transcoding. After installing this card I now can run all 4 of my HD Homerun Flex 4K tuners at 720P HD quality, and run 2 video sources on my computer at the same time and still navigate web pages on the computer, although it did struggle a bit, but not bad on pulling up webpages at times. This told me this card was perfect! The 6 Gig of DDR6 ram combined with the PCI Express 3.0 speeds really done the job well for speeding up this computer in everything. The only negative issues I had was with the install. Although I measured the size and it fit ok, the plug sticking up to plug the power in to the card caused me not to be able to shut the lid. I was able to find an adapter to re-route it downward, but then the adapter hit the cage that holds spin drives which I don’t use any more and didn’t need the space for it and I carefully drilled out the rivets and removed the cage. I then had an issue with the fold down closing and had to smash the spot flat where the plumbing is on the card to get it to shut. It did work and I got it done, but it was tough. See photos to better know what it required me to go through to get it to fit. You can see the thick rounding on the fold down that I had to flatten at the point of contact with the top of card, as it is extremely close to the case lid. I don’t do gaming but gave it 5 stars as I am sure even with my slower processor it would do very well with games that it would not do without this card. Just to help address the capabilities of this card I got high 80’s on the 4K frame rates per second, which I am sure helps tell many that is in to gaming what this can do. The internal video would not do over 8 per second. It is a great price, a well built card, and I am extremely happy and highly recommend purchasing!

Delivers great performance for the price
Iâve been looking for a decent graphics card for a while and I stumbled on this one. Not only is it amazing, but it works wonderfully. The graphics work great on maximum settings, the size fits perfectly with my motherboard thanks to its genius design and is very quiet even at maximum settings. Great value for its price.

Full disclosure, I purchased this (and ended up returning it) for a Plex Media Server build and it w as just transcoding 4k and 1080p video for me. I purchased this feeling a little suspicious of the price, but running in through GPU-Z software it is a legit GTX 1660.
I returned it as I found a great deal on a RTX 3060 that could do even more for not much more money, but if I hadn’t found that deal I would have kept this. It’s very efficient and can transcode 3-4 4k streams at once, which is great. I think this card would work well for a budget 1080p gaming build as well.

Great Graphics Card
Bought this for my old HP Omen which had a 1060 which was fine for most games on low, but with the newer games struggled even on low settings, I looked into upgrading and found the 1660 Super to be a good fit without having to change out other components of my computer. Install was super easy and almost plug and play, since then many of my games like have been running smooth and even newer games have almost no issue with low to mid settings. Been using it for a few months with no issues, I am very happy with this purchase and a good budget card for what I want.

Disappointing Experience – Dead on Arrival
I purchased this GPU a few months ago, excited to complete my PC build. However, upon finally assembling my system this weekend, I discovered that the GPU was defective. I went through all the troubleshooting steps: resetting the CMOS, re-seating the RAM, and even swapping my old GPU to confirm that everything else was functioning perfectly. As you can see in the attached video, the left fan has been slowly dying while the right fan constantly spins at 100% for some reason.
To add to my frustration, I realized that my return and support window has now expired, leaving me with a useless product. The GPU arrived in a medium-sized box (labeled: GRAPHICS CARD) with absolutely zero padding, which raises concerns about how it was handled during shipping. It seems clear to me that it wasn’t adequately protected and may have bounced around in transit, leading to its failure.
Countless hours and a lot of money wasted, now all I have is a brick. Definitely find another seller who doesn’t ship an expensive piece of technology without padding.

Unlike most graphics cards, the driver isnât pre-installed, so be aware that you have to search for the driver. Customer service was quick to respond though. Also, it would be nice if that added a few screws or brackets for installation, but lucky I had done in hand. All in all solid experience and a great deal price wise.
