It’s the best choice as budget option. Just the battery has a very little capacity but the PC are working very good.

The laptop was very powerful, it let me run games very well without any FPS drop. I had so many tabs open and the thing did not slow down at all. There has been no issues at all with it and is a very versatile laptop.

Received the laptop in Colombia.
All specs and components work in good order. Nothing missing, no issues at all. Very happy with the purchase.
Decent computer for medium to low settings in modern games.
Battery life seems to be something mentioned by others but honestly I never unplug it either way.
Noise is low, unless your room/house is very quiet like mine. But even then it sounds like some white noise background at low volume.

Great Product, Bad Battery Life, & Deceptive Seller!
I’ve been a customer on Amazon for over 20 years and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had on Amazon. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The laptop I purchased was supposed to be NEW, but it’s clearly used. I checked the warranty with HP, and it had been activated on Dec 17th, 2024 – I received the laptop on Feb 7th, 2025. The box also had a sticker placed over the computer specs to read as 1TB SSDâ32GB RAM. Underneath, it had the official specs which said 8GB RAM and 512GB hard drive. If the hardware were changed, the warranty is void – meaning if something happens to this laptop I won’t be able to get the warranty benefits. The seller is engaging in deceptive practices. I honestly suggest against purchasing this laptop here and going elsewhere, preferably in-store. This was an extremely expensive purchase for me and I’m very disappointed.

Performs Well butâ¦
I have used this laptop nonstop running all types of games, fortnite, overwatch, the first decendants , etc. it does run these games at a steady 144 fps ( I use medium – low settings) IF you keep it plugged in. When I try to play these games unplugged itâs unplayable. Which is understandable for the power it uses to run these. However, as of yesterday I did notice stuttering in these games out of nowhere, I updated my graphics drivers, restarted and still I had stutters. Going to continue to try and troubleshoot but I donât see why there should be these kinds of issues so early on. Overall I think I would recommend this laptop, but just be mindful of the issues.

High Quality Gaming Computer
The computer works great as a gaming computer, Iâve been able to run very high games on it such as Elden Ring and Skyrim. The only downside is its low battery life but thatâs to be expected if youâre running games on it. Overall very worth it, would recommend it!

I don’t know anything about gaming PCs. I bought this because my brother in-law told me it was good. Storage seems to be
good,laptop quality seems sturdy, love the design (adha brain loves shiny) keyboard feels great. Wish battery life was a little better but when playing games it’s expected.

Excelente portátil
De momento está funcionando según lo esperado. Llegó con las caracterÃsticas solicitadas al momento de la compra. Es un poco pesada (alrededor de 5 libras), por lo que se debe tener en cuenta si la vas a transportar de manera recurrente. Favor tener en cuenta además, que se deben actualizar los drivers y descargar todas las actualizaciones para que el equipo identifique correctamente los componentes, ya que no reconoce los altavoces si no se descargan e instalan los drivers.

I checked the sellers before getting it and bought it from “gameover” as they had over 90% positive review rate.
The laptop is new, not used. It is i5 processor 12th gen (there is 14th gen already and a new ones are coming soon) but for this price it’s understandable. An i5 12th gen beats i7 11th gen in gaming.
Kindly note the keyboard is only in English so i had to get stickers to fix the keyboard.

I ordered this laptop for 2300 dhm, and got my order, there was no system Audio.. I asked HP to replace and they were OK to do so, once I provide invoice from Amazon. But even after repeatedly asking Amazon and Seller for invoice they are not providing fr my invoice to replace faulty product . Wish I could give 0 star review
