Missing ð¤¦ð½ââï¸
The air fryerâs crisper tray was missing. Out of all the boxes in the world to pick for me⦠really. After just trying to get Ken Moore to send me the missing crisper tray & going thru multiple departments & customer service reps; I would have to go through a whole actual refund through Amazon and return. Iâll probably not get the same price on reordering it. I even left a note stating I wanted the item replaced, but theyâre making me return it, Which is very asinine and silly!!! So I chalked it up and decided to just buy the $20 missing crisper tray which defeats 1/2 the purpose of me getting it on sale during prime days. Probably why it was $60 off because they knew it wouldnât have a $20 Tray, SMH ð otherwise, this air fryer is pretty nice!

The Air fryer was not New it was reconditioned or an open box returnI Love the Air fryer but was having issues with condensation between the window panesI received a replacement; it was also reconditioned or open box return âNot NewâThis time there was broken pieces of Plastic that came out of the box.I called customer service but they said I could return it but I cannot be issued a âNew OneâVery disappointed, I really like the Air Fryer, Why I ask can’t they just send A New OneIt is what I bought in the first Place, I did not buy open Box or reconditioned…I am not a Happy Customer!I Feel as if they took advantage and they just won’t make things right!

J’ai acheté c être friteuses pour ma mère alors je ne sais aucunement comment vas le fonctionnement mais j’y laisse 4 étoiles pour le look car elle est très belle mais le contour de plastique a mon avis aurait pus avoir un finition avec plus de qualité dans son apparence! Mais ne vous trompez pas c est un très bel appareil! Ma mère v as en être très contente! Déjà en la voyant j’ai bien vus dans ses yeux que cela était un beaux joujoux pour maman! Lol
