Good batteries at a great price point
These batteries came packaged very well and partially charged. They charged up quickly on my OEM charger with no problems. I’ve had other aftermarket batteries give error signals and wouldn’t charge before. These batteries worked well and lasted a long time before having to switch them out. Considering that a single OEM 8.0Ah battery is going for twice the cost of this pair they are a really good deal.

Probably the best One+ replacement batteries I’ve ever had
I’m not a professional tradesman. There was a time when I was an automotive expediter installer supervisor (the role may not even exist anymore). At the time, I had a full set of Milwaukee tools because I both needed them to work and when I was out putting out fires I needed them to impress. When I bought my home years later (and now about 15 years ago) I knew I didn’t need the best quality sawzall, flashlight, or circular saw… but I needed something. I went with Ryobi because they work well enough for occasional use.
Over the years I’ve replaced with the Ryobi batteries when they’re on sale for Christmas in the two pack several times. More recently, I’ve purchased aftermarket batteries with mixed results. These batteries are easily mistaken for the set of Ryobi batteries I bought less than a year ago. They fit tight and click into place. They have a similar charge indicator.
They’re stated rating is 8.0Ah. The set I got at the store was a 4.0Ah set. They’re about the same size, but these are definitely heavier than the store batteries (without actually busting out a scale). So, I’m confident they hold at least 6.0Ah.
A very impressive set at the price. I even found myself mistaking the Ryobi for these when I was swapping them out of my tools to check them out.

Great replacements
The only Ryobi tool I kept was my disc sander, it goes through my older, even lith ion, batteries pretty quick. These are higher capacity than my other batteries. They fit perfectly, easy to release. I’ve had other off brand batteries that were a to tight fit and were difficult to remove. I haven’t tired charging them yet, it’s a little cold to be doing much sanding work right now. I plan to do quite a bit this spring and summer so these will get a real test. Even for the size, there isn’t to much weight to them. A little more heft will be good for the sander. Overall, very impressed with them so far. Hopefully they hold a charge, my older batteries could only go about 20-30 min of sanding before giving up.

I got these to have extra batteries at the house, and the 8ah is twice the capacity of the other batteries that I have. Between edging the driveway/sidewalk at my house and then using a blower to clean up afterwards, I could easily use up the 3 4ah batteries I already have. These should allow me to get more done without being out of battery. When I received them I placed both of them in the charger to make sure they were fully charged prior to use. They charged completely with no errors detected or faulty battery indications. Definitely recommend as a replacement for factory Ryobi batteries.
