Great sounding instrument.
Yes, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially if you haven’t played an autoharp.
-or like me, played one during 4th grade music class back in the late 70’s… it’s not really coming back to me…
I have been playing bass and guitar for the last three decades, that helps a bit.
The instrument itself sounds great. A bit of a challenge to tune, but once tuned it seems to stay that way.
I really like the sounds I get from it, and with a little practice I’ll be able to actually play some rhythms and melodies.
I have been using a guitar pick on the strings, well, because that is what I’m used to. I am going to purchase a set of the little guitar “finger picks” that go on the end of your fingers so I can get a cleaner sound than my fat little fingers produce.
The harp is well made and looks good. I keep plucking away at it a little every day. One of these days I’ll be able to make something sound good. -No, I’m talking about my playing. The harp sounds great. It is the choice of strings I strum and the rhythm I strum them in that needs help.
Great sounding and fun to play.

Portable Korean Guitar
This little guitar harp is so much fun to explore. It is made with quality materials and craftsmanship and easy to take on the go. The set comes with a carrying case, picks, silicon dots for padding, one extra string, and a small wrench. It is a great instrument to use when a full size dreadnought guitar is not practical. I have had a lot of fun learning pop songs as well as classical tunes on it.

Sounds lovely
Wish the pickup was better, or replaceable – there are 2 or 3 strings that the pickup sound like absolute crud with. The fret is a little difficult to use – it’s bulky? Awkwardly placed? Too thick/stiff? It works, but it takes more effort to use than I would like.
It does sound lovely, though, and is easy enough to play. I’ve never played a harp before, but I tuned this the first time and started plucking out a little melody, and my fellow musician friend (who has gone to fancy music school and is way better at music than me) thought I was playing a song I had learned, and was impressed to hear that it was just a random tune from my imagination.

Fun to play
I admit, I’m not used to having to regularly tune my instruments since I normally play piano, but this was quite easy and I love the cover for added protection/safety. The construction itself is very nice, it feels quite solid when handling. Though the brand name laser engraved on looked a little cheap, the burn of it on mine wasn’t even, so it was pretty obvious. It does come with some extra of the thinnest strings too, in case they break while tuning.
I love that you can get semitones on this, though the board is a bit trickier as other instruments that do a similar action normally give more room to press it down so you don’t accidently just mute the string. Perhaps my fingers are just a little large for the design, but I found myself often just messing it up because the space was small and it need quite a bit of force to push down, leading me to just press a little off and not get any sound out. With practice though, I’m certain these issues could be minimized.

Lovely tones!
You will have to tune this before just about every use, so get yourself a tuner while you’re at it. But once you do, this instrument is so easy to play. You can use the pics they provide, or your fingernails to pluck the strings. Tuning is easy (once you have a tuner) and the tones are lovely when you play. It’s fun to improvise as well as try to play songs you know. I’ve been working on accompaniments to my tin whistle music like jigs and reels and it is so fun to play with! And it’s in a nice sturdy carrying case!

Gorgeous and unusaul instrument!
This Korean Guitar Harp is really beautifully made. The sound is really ethereal and rich. My daughter tuned it a bit, as it was a little out of tune when it arrived, and she is the one who will most likely play it, as she plays guitar, and has a btter understanding of how to play this instrument. The sound is really nice though, just strumming it. The wood is really nice quality and has a nice shine to it. It comes with a tuning tool, extra strings, picks, a soft case, and cute little booklet with some information of scales and some practice songs to play.
It’s really a good quality instrument- especially for the price.

Great Quality
I heard about a Hanago from the YT guy Joe Porter, and have really wanted to try one so I was thrilled to find this on Amazon. I was more thrilled when we received it, incredibly high quality instrument, solid, and very well built. Great tone, easy to play, even the little tuning wrench is very nice. The carry case is perfect for protecting it, and it fits perfectly. This is a fun, simple, and high quality instrument that is a delight to play!

Cool Unique
I have played guitar for over 20+years and I thought I’d give this unique instrument a try. It’s a 16 stringed harp worth a single get going around the top. Allowing for 32 possible notes. It is fun to mess with and has a great tone.
Mine came with the mahogany top wich has a great ring. My only complaint and it’s a big one is I was suppose to recieve the version with the 1/4″ jack but mine has no output jack. If fixed, I would update to 5 stars as it’s well made.
