Pre-tuned to the key of G Major with 8 notes (G3/ A3, B3, D4, E4, G4, A4 and B4), each tongue produces a pitch that complements all others to complete a musical scale. This means you can never play a wrong note, making this drum perfect for non-musicians or sound healing therapy practitioners. I often use this tongue drum for improvisational music, in music therapy, and when I go out for walks in nature. I also love using it as a tool for emotional regulation. Music is the best medicine for the body, the mind, the heart and the soul.

Perfect little togue drum
This little thing is build solid, sounds heavenly, very relaxing, all the tongues sound clear, has a nice weight to it , beautiful gold color with some shimmer in the paint. Love the size, I can take it with me anywhere. The price is a bit high , but you are paying for a quality product. Maybe if they threw a little crossbody case to justify the price…it comes with a velvet pouch.For such a marvelous little gem of a tongue drum, finishing the product with a better way to take with will make costumers happy. Anybody can play this, from a child to an adult, but is not toy quality, this is ment to last.

Very well made. Has a great sound. I’ve bought other small cheap sounding ones that have weird buzzing frequencies, and this one doesn’t have any of that. It’s exactly in tune. Very light and airy whimsical quality. Will buy more of these in the future…

Beautiful Sound
I love this tiny drum so much. In two days I am able to play a pretty tune. Today I ordered another, “small” drum in D minor. I can’t wait to recieve it. I am very amazed that this little drum sounds this great.

Dead treble notes.
Arrived promptly and would be terrific if it did not have poor resonance in the highest note range. Lower notes sound lovely, but the two highest treble notes are somewhat dead sounding, lacking resonance. Advertised as precision manufactured, so would not expect this flaw.

Lo interesante de este pequeño tambor de lengua es que es de una marca de instrumentos musicales. No es pretencioso, pequeño, 8 notas, pero bien afinado y un sonido precioso. Yo querÃa uno más grande pero creo que al final tienen un sonido un poco olla si no son de marca de instrumentos musicales. Muy bieen el precio calidad, el aspecto, su funda e insisto EL SONIDO!
