At first I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished switch but it arrived and it was in excellent condition and had a charging cord with it. My daughter has spent several days playing with it and there has been no issues. Highly recommend!

I have tried everything to get this device to work. I keep getting system error on all downloaded games as well as disc’s. It was purchased ahead of time as a gift so by the time it was opened and attempted it was beyond the return windows. I’ve tried to factory reset multiple times. It let’s me link my account but I am unable to play ANY games. It is now an expensive paper weight.

It is a Nintendo switch, and all you could ever ask for. It is smaller than if you got the version that can take off the sides for multiplayer mode. Its color is so vibrant and fits well in your hand. Plus it has perfect audio and video quality along with good battery life

Works great, charger problem
I got this for my 10 year old for his birthday and straight A’s all year long. He loves it, but the charger doesn’t work. At first, I thought it might be the charging port on the device. But the charger didn’t work for my nephew’s switch either. A different charger worked on our device. I contacted Amazon for a replacement charger, but they could only do a full refund, and I would have to purchase it again. My son was fine when I told him, that the replacement device had already been ordered. He was growing attached to this device. I could have kept it and purchased another charger, but I don’t believe that I should have to buy a new charger for a device that I paid good money for. To be clear again, the device worked fine for the four days that my son had it. The charger was the problem.
