Good performance at a great price
I got this phone for my dad after he dropped his Galaxy Note 9 onto tile from the second floor—I currently use a OnePlus 8T, previously owned a OnePlus 5T, and I’m extremely clumsy with my phone, so I recommended OnePlus to him since they’ve worked great for me for years. He loves the phone, it’s nice and responsive and a similar size to his old phone. It was very easy to migrate all of his accounts and apps over from the Samsung phone. We also had no problems activating it on our MVNO, US Mobile.Likely not a phone for “power users” but a fantastic choice for anyone who just needs to take calls, write texts, watch YouTube videos, play music in the car, look stuff up on google, etc.

    Do not buy
So I bought 3 of these for my kids.I talked to T-Mobile ( original retailer ) they said that a lot of phones get stolen and sold to companies that retail on Amazon. I was amazed that there was no communication between the business to check phones IMEI was clean before retail… Rather disappointed. . . .Phone 1 IMEI was reported lost/stolenPhone 2 belongs to a business and I can’t set it upPhone 3 IMEI was reported lost/stolen

    Need a Samsung replacement?
This phone has replaced my A53 quite well. Almost can’t tell the difference in the two, other than this one is faster, has a headphone jack, and a camera that isn’t quite as good. The screen is quite responsive, though maybe not quite a accurate as my old phone. The ability to turn on a flashlight without turning the screen on is a bonus I enjoy and use often. It takes some getting used to, but the fingerprint scanner in the power button works quite well, and once my mind is completely trained that is on the power button I think I will prefer it over the fingerprint scanner in the screen. So far, I love this phone, time will tell, but for now, I recommend for certain.

    Carrier Claims It’s Locked
Metro by T-Mobile is claiming the phone I ordered is not in fact unlocked as the seller claims. I’ve just ordered another and will update my review when I receive it. Except for the fact that I have no service, the phone is in pristine condition, very clean, seems to run much smoother and faster than my N10. I’m not happy with all the trouble I’ve had so far and a week without a working phone so hopefully the replacement works out.

    Not unlocked
Phone was not unlocked so wasted an evening running around to not have a fully functioning phone and have to now return this and then figure out a new source for a phone

Amazing Condition for a Refurbed Phone But the Seller Omitted One Thing…
I rarely get new phones. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I took immaculate care of it. There was nothing wrong with it, it still purred like a kitten even after 5-6 years of use. The battery was still in great shape and everything. However I was changing cell providers and my S9+ didn’t support 5G so I did a lot of shopping around and settled on the OnePlus Nord N30 5G. I think it’s a touch overpriced for a new one but the price for a refurbed one was much better. Sellers on Amazon actually wanted $50 more than the cell provider did to buy a brand new one but buying refurbed saved me $100 off the price of a new one on Amazon ($50 off the price of a new one from the cell provider). The refurbed phone is in excellent shape. Whoever refurbished this phone certainly knows their stuff. The face recognition and fingerprint reader work great. It takes good photos if you’re in the right light. The camera lacks a little bit in darker environments and situations with a lot of movement in the shot. I do like that it offers the ability to allocate 8GB of storage to RAM. Instead of the 8GB built in, I’m actually using 16GB by allotting an extra 8GB from storage. Granted using storage as RAM won’t be quite as fast as dedicated RAM but it definitely helps make the phone more responsive. Personally, I like this phone more than my old S9+ after getting used to it. The OxygenOS is pretty nice; it has some nice features and additions that don’t come in a stock Android build. OxygenOS is pretty light on resources too which is nice. The battery life is pretty good. It offers battery saving mode and a super battery saving mode. I don’t recommend using the super battery saving mode. It changes the whole phone and UI into something horrendous. The battery seems to discharge faster than my S9+ did during usage however it really holds a charge well when sitting idle.Overall this is a great phone at a decent but not great price (if you are buying new). In my opinion the refurbished price is much closer to what the MSRP on this phone should be but like I mentioned, the refurbished one is as good-as-new in my eyes so I’m satisfied with what I paid for it.The seller did provide a Samsung brand charger and USB-A to USB-C cable. However that’s my only gripe with buying used/refurbished. To fully take advantage of how fast this phone can charge, you need OnePlus’ “warp charger.” It does charge pretty quickly on the Samsung charger they sent but not nearly as fast as advertised. I ordered a replacement OnePlus charger from Amazon so I can take advantage of the high-speed charging capabilities of this phone (waiting for it to arrive). Had they provided the actual OnePlus charger, this would have been a 5-star review. The 1-star deduction is more directed at the seller than the item.UPDATE: I just read a review from another user that stated the phone does not work on T-Mobile’s network. I’m not sure why it didn’t work for them but I’m using the phone on T-Mobile’s network just fine. This phone supports CDMA and GSM so it should work on virtually any network in the U. S. as it is fully unlocked.

Make sure to get the right charger to fast charge at 50watts. Needs OEM to charge full speed
Phone was in good shape. Couple of light scratches, which is to be expected. Surprisingly, the battery health was %100! The only problem is, this phone charges at 50w, but only with the charger THAT CAME WITH THE PHONE WHEN IT WAS NEW. The charger that came in the box wasn’t even a fast charger, but just an old samsung slow charger. I told customer service this, and they gave me a $30 credit, so I could buy the right charger. I found out from the manufacturer that the right charger would cost $45. So I got back in touch with Amazon CS, and they gave me ANOTHER $15! So, altogether, everything was fair, and customer service was very helpful. Just remember if you want the 50W fast charging, make sure the OEM charger comes in the box, or you’ll have to buy a charger from OnePlus for $45. Amazon guarantees “original accessories, OR EQUIVALENT”, so they should at least give you a Amazon credit if you let them know that you need a OnePlus charger, and that the cheapest one is 45$.

The nicest phone yet to be able to remove bloatware and Google products!
