Update! I really hate having to write this but feel that I must. Despite the phone’s many positive attributes, it has a flaw that will cause me to replace the unit. I cannot use cellular data on this phone!?
In simple terms, I can’t access the internet without a wifi connection. This is a deal killer.
I contacted the manufacturer and received several pages of gibberish on how I can “fix” the problem, maybe. Thing is, even if I understood what to do (which I don’t), I shouldn’t have to fix it. The fix should have been done before the phone was sold.
I don’t know whether this problem affects all of the C51 phones or just the one I got. Doesn’t matter as this problem shouldn’t affect ANY of Oukitel’s phones. Just saying.
I’m guilty. I don’t really like cellphones. They are intrusive, addictive, and fragile. I’ve pretty much relegatedine to emergency or backup status. Then I got this Oukitel 51 phone.
It came with a shock resistant case installed as well as a screen protector. 6gig of RAM and at least 64 gig of ROM. Large screen with excellent color, nice array of camera features with very good resolution. The volume and power switches are conveniently located and large enough to find without fumbling around. Connectivity is much better than on my previous less expensive phones. Battery life is very good.
I know that I could spend a lot more for a phone, but I can’t imagine anything a $1,000 phone can do better than this one.

A Bargain!
I use it mostly to get text messages and when I’m on the road. This phone works great and was easy to set up. Transferring info from my very old Samsung android phone was easy as pie as this phone guides you thru the process. I feel this is a good deal and highly recommend this phone.

My 8 years old bought this phone with his own money he had saved up and he was Soo excited for his first big purchase but the phone was fine until the little thing in the charging port just came out random we had the phone for a week and it just came out with the charger and he was so upset definitely returned it and got a different

No NFC capability, Bluetooth connection drops
This phone works great, but it DOES NOT HAVE NFC for Google Wallet payments.
Please remove the NFC indication on the website.
The only issue other than the NFC is that the Bluetooth connection frequently drops and to get it back you have to turn Bluetooth off and then back on with some delay.

El rendimiento del Oukitel C51 es sorprendentemente fluido gracias a sus 18GB de RAM y un procesador eficiente. La multitarea es rápida. Los juegos no muy exigentes funcionan a la perfección.
â¢Almacenamiento
El almacenamiento es uno de los puntos fuertes de este dispositivo. Con 18GB de RAM y almacenamiento interno de 128gb, no he tenido que preocuparme por la falta de espacio para mis aplicaciones, fotos y archivos. Es posible también ampliarlo con tarjeta externa.

Si tratta di uno smartphone semplice con buone prestazioni per il prezzo, se comprato durante il prime day ancora meglio! Buoni i colori dello schermo, discreto l’audio ( se portato al massimo si sente un po’ metallico), abbastanza fluido l’OS. Per mio figlio come primo cellulare, prima media, è il giusto compromesso. Non aspettatevi un mostro, ma sarà un buon apparecchio per cominciare.
