Great for travel.
I purchased this unit for overseas travel and am glad I did. Going through 3 security checkpoints (2 US and 1 European) was a breeze. The 99 Watt-hour capacity is clearly marked, allowing agents to determine quickly that it qualifies for air travel in a carry-on.
Using it overseas was also easy. In my destination country, many wall sockets can now accommodate various plug types, and since this unit is rated 100 to 240 volts, there was no need to find a step-up transformer. It was simply plug and play.
Power cuts in my destination country are not uncommon, but my devices were always charged thanks to this unit. Itâs also very helpful to have a screen showing how much power is either coming in (when being charged) or going out (when being used).
The fast charging afforded by this unit is also rather nice. I never had to wait too long to charge either this unit or my devices.
Overall, this is a great unit for travel.

Charges fast but AC power dies after 15min
Charges things quickly and charges well with a solar panel with the right adapter. When using the AC output and a 6 W lamp, the charger turns off after 15 minutes. As well using the AC output for a drill battery that is only 23 W, it also shuts down after 15 minutes. I reached out to customer service email. They responded within a day. They told me that there is an auto shut off function for anything BELOW 10W. Iâm not sure I understand why. I tested it at higher wattages and was able to keep it on at 43W. I needed it to stay on at lower wattage to charge drill batteries, etc. While there is no way to disable this auto-off, they said it will be in the nest generation coming out soon. They offered to refund me and update me when the next version comes out. Very helpful and gracious.
So this battery charges quickly with a 60w solar panel and the other outputs work flawlessly. Itâs just the AC that is a bit finicky depending on your needs. An otherwise great product and great support.

Buy this
This power bank is a lifesaver! It’s perfect for power outages, and it’s awesome for camping trips too. The built-in light is surprisingly bright. A single charge lasts a really long time, which is great. I highly recommend it!

Donât waste your money
It can only charge a cell phone TWICE, then goes dead. The description states it can âchargeâ laptops and plug in lamp, LIE!! The battery drains fast. I hook up my laptop, it charged it 30% then died. I will be returning.

Handy thing to know about both of these, youâll thank me later!!!
Ok, itâs a great unit and both work very, very well. I use them daily for many low power devices.
For some reason I turned the device on and held the AC button in for a few seconds longer than needed, now hereâs the handy thing! The unit resets and will show you the real battery state after itâs been sitting around for weeks or months!
Mine said 100% but after I did this trick it reset and the power was at 69% so I connected external power and brought it back to 100% with no problem!

Dies very quickly
Nice product, but dies very quickly, needed it most during current storm here in Texas, and was upset a/c port didn’t work, wanted to do things but got saddened. I might return due to not lasting and a/c port , I had small Watt makers didn’t turn on. The battery died after 15/18 minutes.

Handy
Love this little portable charging device! Letâs get the âroom for improvement or negativesâ, out of the way. This device could use a handle; battery represented as a percentage would also be a nice improvement; and finally USB C input for charging. With that out the way, this device in its short time with me has been used in the recent Hurricane Debbie. When I got home and there was no light just turned on the light on device and it gave the room more than sufficient light. I was able to charge multiple devices and use a lamp. Please keep in mind this is more of a power bank with an ac plug than it is an emergency backup for ac power. The battery is not big enough to power anything more than a lamp for a longer period of time. This isnât a negative but just a limitation of its size. I ended up purchasing 2; one with energy display and one without. Both were tested charging via solar and they charged up relatively quickly. Would purchase again and once I learned its limitations itâs been a great addition to my emergency equipment.

Double run time by keeping plugged in, but must have USB load or powers off AC in 15 mins. Good!
I ran several tests over several days on this. Pretty decent unit. Had it running a 20-25W air cleaner via AC. It would auto power down every 15 minutes until I added a small USB load — at first, charging a partially-charged smart phone until fully charged, then a small USB-powered fan <5W. That was the key to keeping it powered on longer than 15 minutes. With a 25W load, it lasted maybe 4 hours before being exhausted. With a second 20W AC fan plugged in simultaneously that time dropped to about 2 hours. However, plugging in the unit's own AC adapter while it was discharging doubled the time until it was exhausted. I'd rather have seen it NOT go to zero power while plugged in, but so be it. The power bars indicating its available power also didn't respond linearly while plugged in and charging, but I'd just factor in that the unit will power things twice as long as when not being charged itself. It will do fine powering a network modem, router, switch, led light, small fan, etc. during power outages. Takes about 4 hours to recharge via its own AC-DC adapter. Oh, a fan will run while the AC inverter operates. Not loud.

One of the best power sources that I have ever bought from Amazon. Very good value.

For a device that is relatively cheap, I was able to find a good use for it as a lamp on my night stand, as well as a charger for many of my appliances. For DC charging this power station is great, but I doubt it will be able to hold out for long if you use the AC plugs, especially with a 30 Watt charger.
I find it to be a bit chunky to take on a plane, so I cannot see this as a reasonable use case. For camping it will be great though.
