    Charge is fast
This battery charger can charge up to six batteries at a time. It charges the batteries completely and fast. Takes about 30 minutes for a complete charge. It’s easy just plug it in. Set it wherever you have room. And keep your batteries in the charger. I have enough charging slots to keep all my batteries charged. It is priced very well for the quality of this product

    Did not work at all
This item was obviously used and was returned. The seller did not check it to make sure it worked before he shipped it out again very disappointed! I re-ordered from another vendor.

Love it! Some day, all power tool chargers will be made this way!
I have had my Ryobi power tools for some time now. Actually, way before Ryobi became a big name in the USA.So, it goes without saying that most of my electrical power tools are powered by Ryobi and their batteries – all of them, 18V.So, when I saw this 18v 6-port rapid charger, I could almost hear the heavens open and the Angles begin singing. This arrived the very next day, and it is a beaut! Yes, it is still plastic, but not the thin flimsy kind. But, the kind that you really want to see – the thick kind of plastic. This charger is weighty and robust, so it is not going to move around so much when you try to place the batteries in to charge them or, when you go to remove them. I still go to hold the charger whenever I do this, simply out of years of habit.I still have all my tools packed after a recent home move, but cannot wait to see just how well this new charger works and how fast it charges, in comparison to my 2 old single-unit chargers.I can say that this looks really well-made, and has some great charging features that most guys will appreciate. Best of all in my view, is the easy to hang-up, wall fixing points. As it happens, in our new home, we have an perfect counter-top area that we set aside for all the various chargers that I use. So now I have them all in one spot and no longer need to hang them all of the garage whereever there was space. If you work on a job-site, the other really nice aspect of this charger is its really robust and comfortable carry handle. Just place all your batteries in their ports and carry the whole darn lot as one easy-to-carry unit, now. I used to have to dump all my batteries and chargers in a bag, and them spend time looking for various outlets when I got on site. Not now, just one plug and you are up and running!Someday, all chargers will be made thise way! LOL!One of the main reasons that I chose to order this charger, was that right now, there is a great offer of a 30% off, coupon. In my mind, this certainly brought this unit into the justifiable realms of plausability for for me.Love it!

    Works well
So far, this charger has been great to have. I only have a single Ryobi battery charger so I was stuck charging my batteries one-by-one. This makes it easy to plug them all in at once and let it run until they’re all fully charged. It’s lightweight and very portable, so I can bring it to wherever I’ll be working. One thing to note is that it doesn’t charge multiple batteries at the same time. It charges one fully and then will move onto the next and so on. It’s probably for safety reasons so I’m fine with it. It has LED indicators to tell you which batteries are done and which is currently being charged, and a button that lets you switch the charging order in case you need a specific battery done first. Overall, I’m happy with this charger.

would not fully charge HP+ batteries
I am not sure if the one I received is just defective or damage but I tried 5 different 3ah HP batteries and the most it charged any of them to was 3 bars. I tried 1 at a time, multiple at the same time swapped to different batteries. Each time I left it for 5+ hours even with a single battery it wouldn’t charge more than 3 bars. My Ryobi brand dual battery charger had no issue fully charging the same batteries. I have a single 1.5ah regular lithium battery that the charger was able to fully charge without a problem. The official ryobi 6 port charger is only $20 more and a better deal than this one in my opinion.

I can eliminate 3 seperate chargers thanks to this…
This charger is light weight and very mobile. Does need 110V to operate, but has a standard plug instead of a large square plug/transformer, this avoids problems in power strips with spacing. The charger works perfectly charging a single battery at a time, but it charges those batteries very rapidly. The unit has several safety features built in, and the LED indicators clearly tells you what’s going on.If you’ve got a bunch of Ryobi tools with batteries to charge, this charger is a great option. 5 Stars…

Good charger for my Ryobi 18V batteries.
I have so many Ryobi 18V batteries, and so many individual chargers everywhere in my home. It is nice to finally have one charger that can charge up to 6 of these batteries at a time. This charger has a handle and is portable. So, if I were to go somewhere and I needed to use multiple batteries, I would not have to take multiple charging stations with me.This seems to work just like the brand name charging stations. It cost less than the brand name version. I did test this with a Ryobi battery that I knew was dead that would not charge on a Ryobi brand charger. I initially got the same result with this charger as well. The charger attempted to charge, then stopped that port from charging. This tells me that there are at least some safety features built into this charger, but I’m not sure how well they work. Hours later, the charger said that the dead battery was fully charged, yet actually, the battery was still completely dead.Overall, this does the job it is intended to do, it can be portable, and it costs less money. My only issue is how it handles dead or failing batteries. I’m not sure it shows accurately the real status of those batteries.
