Short head length so it fits in tight spots
I got this because it had a short head length which allowed it to work in the constrained space that I had. It worked well for the job I got it for. Because of its short head, it is more difficult to tighten the bit, so I don’t use it as my preferred hand drill, but it is a great tool to have when you are working in constrained spaces.

Nice drill
Nice and compact drill. Worked perfect for the tight spot I needed to get screws into. The speed is a little on the fast side for what I think would be ideal but not too fast that the bit kept slipping out of the screw head.

A useful special-purpose tool
This tool is great for drilling holes or driving screws (lower speed range) where space is cramped. I’ve only had it for a short while, but it seems to work well, though the keyless chuck can be a little tricky. My main criticism is that the chuck and housing are wider than I would like, so holes can’t be drilled at right angles when a side wall is closer than just over an inch. (I’ve needed to drill holes 3/4 in. away from a side wall, so they end up at an angle.) Other than that, it seems fine.

This is a great tool to access tight spaces when a cordless screw gun is just too bulky and the length to long.

Check prices at Direct Tool Outlet as well as Home Depot before buying from this seller. That said the torque and quality of this right angle driver is phenomenal. The variable speed, and the power is great.

I have quite a few ryobi 18 volt products and this one rates about the same nice drill plenty of torque feels good. Definitely a good choice

Versatile, comfortable design, great size for the small areas that normal drill no fit . Good value.

This new model is faster and had more torque than the original blue model. Keyless chuck is better than original but still a bit fiddly due to poor access for getting a good grip but it does tightens OK. The switch on the one I received seemed off-centre and didnt always switch smoothly from screw to unscrew ………………. I should have sent it back but I fixed it with gaffer tape by padding-out one side on switch to get it central and it works fine now.

The tool is great works well, but the delivery was terrible. Took ages to arrive, and was just thrown over my fence into the garden, on a day it was raining heavily.
