Unable to access voice mail
Received the phone and got it started today. One issue, we are unable to access voice mail. Went to the keypad, pressed 1 to access voice mail but it plays a tone and says, “your call cannot be accessed as dialed.” What are we doing wrong?

Horrible experience
So I purchased this phone for my daughter to add her to my cellphone plan. She is only 9 so I didn’t want to spend a lot . The phone arrived and I don’t know what kind of charger block they sent but it did not go with the phone or any phone for that matter. I tried to get it on ATT network they said it wasn’t compatible. Contacted support they said the phone was defective and sent out a replacement. Received the replacement and still the exact same issue. So guess what my child’s Christmas gift nonexistent because now she has to wait for me to order her a phone through ATT in order to make sure I don’t have this issue again. I would not recommend this seller at all. Lack of information on product, poor product quality and customer satisfaction 0.

Great for the money.
I wanted to wait a while before I posted an updated review on this. If you are looking for a basic phone that does everything you need it to do then this is the phone you want to get. For the money I’m not sure you can find a better phone. My only complaint about this phone is the pictures aren’t that great and video doesn’t have the stabilization. But if you need a great phone for the money this is the one. I was very surprised at the battery life on this phone. I had experienced having to charge every 4 hours on my other phone and this one lasts all day.

Extremely good phone for value
I believe I’ve been using this phone for about a year. I can tell you that it’s doing everything $500 phone does. In at a fraction of the cost. Good value overall. Camera is good. The processing speed for apps was a big Focus for me. Avoiding slow down and having plenty of internal storage was my main goals. Not deleting any apps for internal space is truly a blessing. Good battery. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for quality without spending too much.

Me ha gustado mucho este celular. Calidad vs precio está increÃble. Llegó en muy buenas condiciones nuevo en su caja con todos los sellos de seguridad. Funciona muy bien y en mi caso le puse un sim telcel y no batallé nada para configurarlo. Viene con un sim gratis marca Telmovil me parece que es muy buena opción solo que ya habÃa comprado el de Telcel. En la caja del celular viene manual, garantÃa, herramienta para poner el sim y la tarjeta micro SD y un cable que serÃa para cargar pero ambas entradas son tipo C asà que no entra al cargador porque ese tiene entrada USB pero creo que se compra un adaptador y listo. Yo tenÃa un cargador con la misma entrada asà que no batallé. La entrega fue súper rápida llegó de un dÃa para otro. En general es muy buen celular.

Es un celular basico pero muy bueno pues es Samsung jejeje me gusto mucho el tamaño y el como esta fabricado sus 6 de Ram y 128 de Rom son muy buenos para lo que lo ocupo ya que lo uso para el trabajo solo lo basico llamadas, mesajes por whatsapp y esas cosas para juegos u otras cosas que demande mas no lo he probado pero en general muy buen equipo y a un muy buen precio
