I received my order of the CH600+ 6 Inch electric chainsaw from Amazon in the time stated. Upon receipt everything noted in the description was included and the two batteries were at a 75% charge. While charging the batteries I took the time to read the enclosed instruction pamphlet which answered a few questions I had. Once charged to 100% I was ready to tackle trimming some branches from my tree. I was surprised at the power and how easily it cut through the branches . After I completed what I had intended, the battery level had only dropped marginally after about 30 minutes of intermittent use. It was so much lighter, easier and safer than trying to wield my chainsaw while in the tree.
Loved the fact that this product included a storage case so everything is kept in one place and is easy to store. Not sure why the negative comments, as for me it worked flawlessly doing what I wanted to do. Its not meant to replace a chainsaw but, as long as its used for the intended purpose I don’t see any problems. If interested they also have a 4 pack of replacement chains available along with 2 files to sharpen the chain for a good price. You’ll find this at their store under the heading “more” followed by “accesories”
I would definitely recommend this saw to whomever was looking to purchase one. Just keep in mind to use it for what its intended – Jack 🙂

This power saw is one great saw for its size . Fast. Cutting speed , easy to use . Battery lasts a long time . Love this saw so much bought one for my mother to use around her garden . No worries now about making sure you have gas and oil for your big loud power saw . This one is really quiet and doesnât weight you down like others. Chain tension is easy to work with . Lots of power for a saw this size.

Had little faith in this small chainsaw but must say that it does work as advertised. Cuts through small logs and lumber without a fuss and the battery lasts a long time. Engineering is good, but there are a few irritating flaws:
1. The chain installation and tensioning is a maddening operation. Unlike other versions of this chainsaw, the tensioner is located on the blade cover rather than on the base. To tension the chain, it is necessary to align a small dowel on the blade cover with a hole on the chain guide. Since it’s impossible to see either the dowel or its corresponding hole when assembling the saw, it is a frustrating game of trial and error. Dumb design with no obvious benefit.
2. When installed as instructed, the meshing between the drive sprocket and chain is sloppy, resulting in binding at various points as the chain slides along the guide. This is likely due to small eccentricities in the drive sprocket. The torque of the motor appears to overcome the binding, but it probably shortens battery/saw life. I suppose that over time the sprocket will wear down to eliminate the eccentricity, but would be nice if the drive was engineered to reduce the tendency to bind.
That said, for $80 still a good deal. Hope it lasts a while.

Simply put – this is a great little saw. It cuts well and is very light weight. It is the second saw that I purchased from this company. I had a small issue with the oiler that is built in and notified the company. I was not looking for anything, I just thought that my experience might help modifications in future versions of the saw.
I got a friendly response from the company which indicated that my thoughts would be forwarded to their designers and that a replacement oiler would be sent at no cost.
I was very pleased with this.
Then a few days later the company informed me that they were sending me a new replacement saw at no expense. Needless to say I was even more surprised and pleased.
I wish more companies treated treated their customers this way. You will not be disappointed by purchasing this saw. Powerful, great batteries and even better customer service.

This is a great little electric chain saw for the price. (Good Value). I have a full size gas chainsaw but was looking for a small 6″ saw to climb up a tree to cut small branches. This is great for that then used to cut the larger branches into smaller sizes for recycling. However there are some things to be aware of:
The automatic chain lube does not work so don’t rely on it to lubricate the blade.You have to lube the blade manually or you will burn out the chain. The object you cut has to be held sturdy. If there is any give then there is a lot of vibration and the cut is very rough (but gets the job done). It is nice to have a case and the batteries are good. Overall I am very pleased with it and it is good value.
