Safe purchase
Arrived in good condition and without problems. Unlocked as indicated. It updated itself to Android 15. The camera is spectacular.

Great Phone
This is actually a great phone! I transitioned from an iPhone and so far I’ve been enjoying this Sony phone. It’s super light and I love the screen and battery life.
The Sony music player generates a sound quality FAR better than the iPod. My only objection with this device is the build. With a few bumps the corners are decolouring which is a bit of a bummer.

Qc defect
The center position of the first camera does not fit
It’s not because of OIS. Even if I turn on the camera, the position doesn’t fit.
I’ll write it down again when I repurchase it after the refund is completed.

Great phone with some caveats
Phone was accurately described by seller. I love this phone, but coming from LG I realize I really took a lot of their personalized android apps for granted, such as their gallery app. I have had some headaches with this phone which I still haven’t hammered out (refusal to auto-connect to car bluetooth or, since it’s really unbloated, replacement apps for things that would normally be there by default, and most of all there is no real always on display…just a clock [that doesn’t even move around, being an oled screen], no customization with images or buttons like a flashlight or music controls), but it’s snappy, takes good photos, and even with this year’s screen downgrade it looks great and lasts a long time. Additionally I’d like to add that it feels great in the hand, grippy and not slippery, and the battery truly does last for 2-3 days at a time. I bought a devilcase with mine plus their lens cover, and cannot rec them enough if you choose to snag this. For anyone curious, I use a T-mobile MVNO in the USA and it works fine, but you may need to unlock your 5G if you care about that.

This is what Xperia should’ve been all these years
Coming from every generations of X1. This one is probably feels the best in the hand. 19.5×9 aspect ratio is much more pleasing to look at than 21×9 despite the resolution reduced from 4K to 1080P. I couldn’t really tell the difference at all. Battery life is much better on this phone compare to the 1V. I am able to get 5G with t mobile by going into service menu setting. Sound quality also improved over the 1V. Louder speaker sound, also the sound quality is more defined using my sony headphone. Overall i like everything about this phone. The best one from Sony so far.
Update: battery life of this phone is impressive. Phone has been running for 1 days 15 hours and still have little less than half the battery life remaining on moderate use. By far the best Sony phone I’ve used since the xz premium era.

Phenomenal Smartphone
I had read reviews about it, but was worried about compatibility in the USA.
Fortunately, I just placed my AT&T chip in the phone, then activated the 5g (YouTube has many guides to do that), and it has been working great.
It takes amazing pictures, the voice is clear and crisp, connects to android auto wirelessly, looks sleek and nice.
It takes a MircoSD card, which is greatm Just be mindful that you need to get the ultra fast ones.
Battery life is great.
I am truly happy I bought it. I added some sample pictures

This does work on verizon — at least on 4G LTE
One of the few (the only?) new flagship phone with a headphone jack and microSD slot. After spending the last few years with a Samsung which had neither, I swore I’d never buy another Samsung, so here I am. The listing says it doesn’t work on Verizon, but I’ve confirmed that to be false. Maybe it doesn’t get 5G, I live way out in the middle of nowhere so I haven’t been able to test that yet, but I couldn’t care less about 5G. It does everything I need it to. Haven’t been able to truly test the camera, but it seems solid. Can’t really think of any complaints.

Excellent Phone
This was exactly what I was looking for. I’m have service with ATT and the data for the phone is on their 4G LTE+ network. There’s a lot to learn about the phone, but everything I’ve come across from the display to the camera has been incredible.
